Hotel vicino a Parco Roundhay, Leeds

We arrived by train so it was crucial that it was literally a few minutes walk from the railway station and it was in the city centre which was ideal for us. Gino D'Acampo restaurant was good quality at reasonable price. Room was spacious and quiet. It had a safe, large TV, tea/coffee, refrigerator, walk in shower (no climbing over a bath) Minimal contact with staff but where we did interact they were pleasant, polite and helpful.

Hotel was lovely, fab location. However breakfast could be more organised was very chaotic. Coming from a hospitality background I appreciate things can be difficult when busy, which it was but a bit of added customer service and a smile wouldn’t go a miss. Staff rolling their eyes and sighing during service made us feel unwelcome, like we were a problem being there as they were struggling with the amount of customers.

I loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo trip and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

L'Hotel Met offre la posizione più conveniente a Leeds, a soli 4-minute passeggiata dalla stazione ferroviaria.Inoltre, l'ospitalità calda che ho ricevuto rende il mio soggiorno davvero inoltrabile. L'interno dell'hotel è ben decorato in stile vittoriano, aggiungendo al suo fascino.

The hotel it's self was brilliant and the location was fab . Got late check out witch again was great but the cleaning was not great BUT I did talk to the lady in the morning and she asked for the photos and flagged it straight away. This lady was fantastic but didn't get her name . The bed sheets where ALL inside out and the bottom sheet was not big enough so there was a 4” gap at the top of the bed witch was mattress protecter, this had a dirty mark on it that looked like blood . The whole room was dusty and the spoons for the cups where dirty and it looked like it had not been hooved . I didn't want to course a fuss as me and my daughter had a brilliant night and I didn't want to spoil it . It was flagged with management so I'm hoping they get in touch with me regarding this situation as obviously I did pay for a clean room .

Location is fantastic and staff were so accommodating. Rooms were clean, but TV channels very limited due to signal issue and maintenance issues with toilet not flushing properly and sink not drinking properly. Also mold on tiles. With that and bottled water not being provided as i had a standard room. Issues are a bit surprising given its rated 4 star hotel. But thats policy issues not service provision from staff and cleaners.

Il mio ragazzo e io ci siamo trasferiti per due notti per le feste di San Valentino. Ci siamo divertiti molto nel complesso, il personale era molto amichevole e utile, l'hotel e le camere erano molto pulite e avevano tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Quando siamo andati via, siamo riusciti a lasciare il nostro bagaglio per solo 1 sterlina una valigia che era molto conveniente. Per il prezzo ho pensato che il cibo era di buona qualità, ma se stai cercando più di un colazione cucinato non è questo il posto. La posizione era molto accessibile e potevamo camminare facilmente ovunque, ma è diventato molto rumoroso da circa 5 al mattino.

I arrived very early at the hotel and asked if I could use somewhere to get changed. The reception staff allowed me to check in. All the staff were helpful, pleasant and keen to please.

Ho soggiornato una notte all'EasyHotel Leeds: nel complesso, è stato discreto. La cosa migliore è sicuramente la posizione. È a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Leeds e proprio nel centro città, proprio di fronte al Flat Iron Leeds (perfetto se avete voglia di bistecca), con un Costa Coffee accanto per la vostra dose di caffeina. La camera che mi hanno dato non aveva finestre e sembrava essere una delle loro camere accessibili: bagno spazioso con corrimano e sedile per la doccia. Nessun problema, solo un appunto. La camera in sé era pulita ed essenziale, assolutamente perfetta per un breve soggiorno. Il Wi-Fi era discreto per un uso generale. Hanno distributori automatici al piano terra e una reception aperta 24 ore su 24. È disponibile un deposito bagagli gratuito prima del check-in, il che è stato davvero comodo. Dopo il check-out hanno detto che potrebbe esserci un costo, ma mi è servito solo per circa un'ora e non mi è stato addebitato nulla. Niente di speciale, ma se cercate un posto economico in una posizione centrale, questo è il posto che fa per voi.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.
