Hotel vicino a Abbazia Kirkstall, Leeds

Park Plaza è un servizio eccezionale, eccellente attrezzatura, pulizia è di alto livello, il suono è provato, nessun rumore, un ambiente rilassante, il cuoco e il menu è delizioso, il servizio in camera ordinato e è molto palabile e delizioso!! La posizione è grande al centro e al mio evento. Il personale era sorprendente. Il loro sistema di contatto è anche di alto livello. L'amore e una bella notte. Spero di tornare di nuovo.

Great location near the city centre, discounted parking very close by £17:50/24 hours. Very clean, lovely looking restaurant although did not eat there. Good coffee also available just outside. Would definitely stay again.

L'hotel è stato prenotato per rimanere dopo aver trascorso la giornata alla festa di Leeds domenica. Abbiamo fatto prima di entrare, ma siamo riusciti a tenere le valigie. Mi preoccupavo di entrare così tardi dopo aver tornato dal festival, ma era tutto a posto.

This was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts.  This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food.  Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly.  The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?

It was a lovely hotel very clean rooms, comfy bed.  However remember to book your breakfast the night before otherwise it cost £17 per person instead of £14 ( was a bit of a kick in the teeth) buffet style breakfast so food wasn’t particularly hot and we were waiting around for lots of items to be replenished even though it wasn’t to busy.  Big queue for the coffee machine as one was broken so only one working.  Upon check out don’t forget to enter your car Reg if you had parked in the Docklands car park where you get a discount.  All in all a pleasant stay in a great location

La stazione è molto vicina alla stazione degli autobus, che è la cosa più importante. Molto gentile e bel personale, accogliente e c'è sempre qualcuno nel desk quando hai bisogno di qualcosa. Il posto è pulito, un po' vecchio ma ancora comodo a dormire con. Il mio bambino è così felice, anche se pioveva tutto il tempo di visita. L'unico posto in basso non è un caldo per l'acqua calda quando vogliamo un drink caldo. Ma il nostro soggiorno è ancora una piacevole esperienza per noi.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.
