L'esperienza reale di vita dell'hotel è incredibile per me.L'hotel è in generale molto pulito, letti e strutture di lavanderia sono molto buone.
Il personale di servizio e il suo parente sono venuto alla reception circa 11:40 a.m., e il personale di servizio ha ricevuto con entusiasmo, senza mostrare alcuna insoddisfazione.
La colazione è ricca, e i noci e le caramelle sono disponibili.

Location
It is outside the scenic area (read paid entry). However it is just 100m from one of the entrances making it easy to enter. Use baidu maps to locate it as it is not correctly pinpointed elsewhere. They do offer a pickup service I think if you call to inform them. Not sure from where though.
Rooms
3 storey building with different themed rooms. Beautiful design throughout and modern - such juxtaposition against the surroundings. The main difference with the Mulan lodgings in the scenic area is that there is underfloor heating which makes it a lot more comfortable in winter. The family room I booked had a very nice Kohler bathtub which we took advantage of
Food
There is no breakfast options by the hotel but there are many food options around and just outside the hotel. Mulan runs a beautifully designed restaurant inside the scenic area which again stands out from the other more traditionally designed restaurants. Prices are a little more but the ambience and service are excellent.
Service
The reception staff was oddly not fond of making eye contact or any sort of small talk. He does answer directed questions but is nothing close to friendly or warm. He also did not offer any information on checking us in and we had to ask for information re wifi access and entry to scenic area etc the cleaning ladies are very pleasant though.
Conclusions
Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay in with good location and rooms. There are not much by the way of amenities or service but I would stay here again should I come by Zhouzhuang.

DDamian GrayAbbiamo trascorso 3 notti al Fairmont sul lago Yangcheng recentemente la seconda settimana di nuovo anno cinese. L'hotel e l'alloggio erano eccellenti. Siamo stati gentili aggiornati al piano d'oro Fairmont e sono stati fantasticamente guardati da parte della squadra lì. Le camere sono grandi, con buone strutture e finiture di qualità (mi piaceva la doccia in particolare). L'hotel ha giardini massicci e attività all'aperto (Abbiamo fatto qualche Archery) e è collegato anche a una fattoria. Ha anche una piscina all'interno e un giardino fitness. Con il tempo così freddo, le attività all'aperto erano limitate (nessuna Kayaking, ecc.), sarebbe stato bello se avessero una zona da tennis da tavola/bassa da tavola/carte per le attività all'aperto. Il buffet è stato ricco e di grande qualità. Le opzioni di servizio in camera sono diverse e di buona qualità, e hanno un ristorante cinese aperto ogni notte. Il ristorante buffet è aperto solo la notte del fine settimana. Se ci fosse stato un nuovo viaggio, ci sarebbe stato un clima più caldo quando gli sport acquatici erano aperti e la piscina all'aperto era aperta per davvero ottenere il massimo dallo soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

MMateja BokanAgain, it's a cute little hotel, exactly likey last review said. No changes in that regard. However, this time we were given a room with a hallway view (an outside window looking into the wall of the building about a meter away from the hotel's). I went to complain to the reception, but the receptionist had difficulty understanding what my complaint was (as the room did have a window). After asking for a room with an actual window out into the street, she said that that room needs an upgrade (despite our previous room from 3 days ago not needing it). And after a few back and forth she decided ”to give me the upgrade for free”. The new room was exactly the same as the previous one, except that the window opened into the street, so I'm having difficulty understanding why this was a 10min process... The room was modern yet again, very clean, the cleaning staff was beyond polite, however, I must note that this room had a vending machine for sex-related items, which may not be the most ideal thing if you're coming for a family stay (so maybe ask beforehand at the reception if there's that in your room). The breakfast has a large selection, and is good (the only note is that the drink choices should be better and not so artificial).
