Room was old & don't have international TV. Very little hot water for shower & very slow.

My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

酒店位置非常方便，旁邊就是金鷹商場，服務非常好，還給我們升級了行政房，贈送了遊樂場的門票，還有下午茶，酒店餐廳有一個小小的海洋球遊樂場。還有贈送的水果。非常好的體驗，下次還會來！

房間服務滿意。按金退還不及時，訂了三間房預約時不知道什麼原因衹預約了一間，因為客人都從上海趕過來，酒店要求付按金才能原諒我的過失。退房時還對我説明天一早就退還，下午3點還沒有到賬，要打電話去催才到帳。

酒店環境不錯，房間很大很寬敞，晚上安靜，床鋪舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，整體衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，服務態度好，有求必應！

酒店地理位置優越，在金鷹國際購物中心隔壁，到旁邊市民廣場散步也很方便。房間設施齊全，空間很大，酒店經理和前台都很專業。特別是酒店自助早餐，品種豐富，足足擺滿了四個島台。值得推薦。

氣溫28度的昆山，體感31度，四星級酒店沒有冷風的空調。 原因是其他人反應太冷。 我反應太熱，怎麼不開冷風，都住五次以上了，這次很失望。 床單也有紅色的痕跡，沒洗乾淨吧 送了一台風扇過來，裡面的水都明顯是培菌水箱了
