Un amico è venuto a Kunming per prenotarmi una stanza. All'inizio ero preoccupato di perdere la faccia perché era economico. Ma il mio amico ha detto che la camera d'albergo era molto pulita e calda e il capo era molto accogliente a tarda notte e il capo mi ha persino chiamato. Lascia che i tuoi amici si riposino presto e prestano attenzione alla sicurezza. In breve, è molto commovente e soddisfacente! Hotel consigliato con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

We stay here for one night and the auntie here is very nice and helpful to us. She even upgraded our room to a bit bigger just for free. Thank you auntie.

Walking distance from Kunming Railway Station, it is located inside an apartment, so it's good to contact the owner before you arrive. We arrive in the middle of night and use Amap as guidance but couldn't locate the hotel. Luckily local people help us to call the owner. They were all friendly.

It was ok. Could not use the laundry as nobody would reply to us. They were nice to give us a room while we were waiting for the actual one. Good position close to the metro and the railway station

If you are reading this, straightaway make your booking. You will not regret it because this is the best accommodation near Kunming Railway Station 1. Superb location. Walkable to Subway station near South entrance of Railway Station. And very near to North Entrance of the railway station. 2. Very clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Please take not, aircond is an option. Check the detail of the room that u want to book if u want an AC room. 3. The host is really kind n helpful. He will assist you on everything and u will feel at home away from home.

I love everything about the hotel; 1. The hotel is small but it’s match the price! 2. The owner is very helpfull 3. The hotel cleanliness is great! 4. The location is good which is near to the railway station (only 500m) and near to the shopping mall. 5. A lot of convinience store at ground level. I recommend to person who seek for one night transit hotel & cheaper hotel to book this place.

Location is good but don't like the squat toilet.

Great room for the price!

房間很新，乾淨整潔，前一晚住另一家民宿，也是同小區，又舊又臟，老闆娘態度很好，拖鞋挺乾淨，有礦泉水和吹風機。有個建議：草酸不要放在房間，萬一有孩子以為是飲料誤喝了就完蛋了。還有空調雖然看着挺新，但是製冷效果不是很好，開25度都不涼快，洗澡的水時不時沒有熱水，昨晚給孩子洗澡隨便沖幾下就完事了

在她家住過一次了，這次出行經過昆明毫不猶豫的又選擇了她家，這次訂錯了房型，又正好是暑假高峯期，到了老闆還是給調節了房間 ，老闆很熱心，房間乾淨整潔，換的房型也很喜歡，剛好一家人出門，房間大小合適，空調，電視都有，夏天真的是救命，樓下各種小吃，餐館，大超市都有，比較方便，離車站走路10分鐘就到了，以後每次出行都會選擇她家，網上各種評價都有，眾口難調，畢竟要自己住過才能知道，推薦你們可以選擇她家。老闆很熱心，有事及時解決。我們出門習慣了會用一次性的床上用品，跟她家房間沒關係，但是她家的客房很乾凈，床上用品也很乾凈推薦推薦。

乾淨整潔，還不錯哦！離火車站近，中轉很方便！讓老闆娘幫忙開發票也很爽快，感謝感謝！之後有需要再坐這裏！
