Hotel in zona Malaysian-American Commission On Educational Exchange (MACEE), Kuala Lumpur

Questo è stato un fantastico hotel. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose con una grande stanza di dimensioni re, un grande bagno, tavolo da vestire e cabina da passeggiata. Molto conveniente con un ponte collegato al centro di Pavilion. Arriviamo alle 2:00 e il desk ci ha permesso di entrare, tu solo una stanza, ma è ok. Quando la seconda stanza era pronta, ci mandano la chiave. La signora del desk front, Tixxx, oops ho dimenticato il suo nome era amichevole con un viso sorridente che rende davvero il nostro giorno. Ci sono due notti meravigliose, con check-out alle 2:00 come richiesto. Non dimenticare il concierge, molto buon servizio. Questo sarà il nostro hotel, ogni volta che siamo a KL. Molto consigliato!

My partner and I arrived at the WOLO on 20th Nov around 12pm, hotel staff was welcoming and we were swiftly checked in but our room was not ready. I put up a request to be on a higher floor with a city view and she told me that they will gladly switch my room if there is another available one that is closer to my request when arrive back later in the day. She proceeded to ask us if we would like to store our luggages there, which we did. When we finally checked in at night around 10pm, another staff told me that they switched my room to another floor (it was previously on the 11th) so that it's higher, but not too high that we will be disturbed by the music from the bar. Really appreciate that kind gesture from WOLO! Location of the hotel was perfect, in the heart of Bukit Bintang. You can find anything and everything there. Food, shopping, cafe, convenience stores, pharmacy, fast food, food street (Jalan Alor), MRT, Monorail. Only issue is that if you want to get a cab or Grab, please give the ride at least 20mins to reach you. The traffic there is terrible. The room toilet and shower was relatively clean and spacious, with minimal moulding issue. Bed, pillows and duvet is very comfortable and provided a good sleep. There are buskers performing past midnight near the hotel, therefore, if you are sensitive to loud noises, this hotel isn't for you. I had issues with the curtains, Aircon and TV in the room. When we first entered, the room Aircon was extremely stuffy for about an hour even though we adjusted the Aircon to the highest fan speed. When I pulled the curtains multiple times during the stay, my allergies acted up and I kept sneezing, my eyes will become teary and swell up. Same with the decorative pillows and bed runner. The TV was unable to work multiple times throughout our stay and we had to trouble maintenance team a few times. We had to request for House Keeping to tidy up our room at around 3pm on day 2 but I was surprised that they placed the bed runner and show pillows back on the bed, even though I placed it away. These items added to my allergies and I believe the pillows are feather pillows too. Staff are relatively quick when we call to request for help or to ask for additional items. Front desk, concierge, door man/valet/security are always ready to welcome guests with a smile! Thank you team! As the hotel looks really cool and chic, I would hope that the hotel will upkeep the rooms better. I hope to be back since I normally travel to KL for short getaways and to visit my relatives!

La mia seconda casa a KL e io sono stato con il parco reale dal 2022 (lo vado a KL una volta ogni 2 mesi) perdevo il numero di volte che ho soggiornato nel parco reale. Questo anno è la prima volta che ho trascorso il mio compleanno lì e una piacevole sorpresa dall'hotel. Il letto è così confortevole con il super duper morbido che ho sempre dormito bene quando ero lì. Per favore, mantenete il buon lavoro che voi ragazzi avete fatto e i ragazzi della casa di custodia e della reception che sempre sorridono e mi salutano, il vostro duro lavoro e professionalità sono quello che mi mantiene tornato! Non dimenticare il colazione che è così buono!

Budget hotel with best location near to mrt bukit bintang and monorel Near pavilion bukit bintang, low yat, sungei wang, alor street food, berjaya time square and Fahrenheit

Love the stay at Element. It’s quiet place, away from the busy streets yet not too far from KLCc and KL tower. The room is clean and pleasant. View from room is very nice. Only thing is the car park is beside the hotel so it’s a little more troublesome to pick the car and the car park is operated by third party so we need to validate the card whenever we drive out. Overall experience is good w the hotel.

La posizione era ottima. Il servizio clienti è stato eccellente. La camera era bella, ma c'è la zanzara. Attualmente non è disponibile alcun ristorante in hotel. ma nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti, fast food e minimarket. vicino alla stazione degli autobus e alla stazione LRT. nel complesso l'hotel era buono.

One of my best hotel experiences yet. The staff were exceptional and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and bar were relaxing. The lunch on the first floor was also very good. The hotel is in a very convenient location. All of the main city sights is about a 20 minute walk away. Petronas Towers, Central Market, Chinatown, Little India, KL Tower, Pavilion Mall and the food street were all a 20 minute walk from the hotel. I’d recommend for anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur.

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5

L'Eastin Hotel è davvero fantastico! L'ultima volta che ho prenotato lì, è successo qualcosa nella mia stanza. Ma poi quando mi sono lamentato con loro, hanno immediatamente aggiornato la mia stanza! Oh mio Dio, innamorato dei loro servizi! ❤️❤️ Come allegato la camera è stata aggiornata da loro 😍😍
