Albergo bello buffet colazionr spettacolare. Petronas raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti. Vicino alla red line quindi comodo anche arrivando dall'aeroporto. Consigliato.

My wife and I came to Malaysia for the 1st time for Christmas and New Year celebrations. We stayed at the Shangri La hotel in KL and Penang and both hotels had unbelievable service! I am so impressed with their customer service support and the facilities they provided to make our stay a comfortable and relaxing experience. Food is absolutely incredible! Amazing breakfasts and a big pool to enjoy!

Although the room look old fashion, but the room is neat and comfy. Almost all the facilities are provided, the staff are nice and well explained. Strategic location and near to monorail station.

Awesome been through “ w hotel , st Regis” that’s my usual place with Marriot. It amazed me in shangrila KL 🙏❤️☺️ Thank you with the warm and great services provided to me and my family! We did enjoy the stay although it’s one night only as we are rushing off to other country.

We had a lovely staycation. The welcome till the departure was gratifying. All the staff from conceige to frint desk to waiters and the housekeeping excelent service make us felt welcomed n treasured guest

Had a memorable stay. Staff were very hospitable, professional and helpful. Celebrated a birthday here and they kindly delivered a cake to us, which was a lovely surprise. :)

Great for family and easy to get grab to go train station and airport. Many eateries around and good location.

The receptionists could do a better job at asking for visitors to pay. One of us went to have breakfast and had issue with their card. They freaked out, called the room and waking me up early , then sent a staff over just to ask who will pay for the breakfast bill, which turns out they could have done at check out. The rest was good

Overall it was okay but we expect more than what I spent. The room is so small and old fashioned.
