Had a good clean stay at Mesui hotel. Location of hotel is great within walking distance from Jalan Alor and Pavilion mall

Feel very comfort stay in this hotel ,all the staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time.

The location is quite far away from jalan alor. U may choose other hotel which nearer to the shopping malls and food street

If you are looking for an affordable, no frills place to rest during a short trip this hotel would be the ideal choice due to the location and the amenities/facilities - Upon checkin you are required to provide a 100MYR CASH-ONLY deposit, which was not clearly stated anywhere. I thankfully had the money on me but the nearest ATM is about a 5-minute walk away and could be slightly sketchy at night. I arrived very early, and the hotel staff was able to check me in at 13:45 instead of waiting until 15:00 which was a plus point. - The room was clean, except there was a small cockroach running around which brought my overall rating of it down. - The bed itself was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities functioned well. A strong hairdryer was provided, but there was no ironing equipment in the room which was misleading as it was stated that it would be provided. - The TV is old and outdated, and the channels completely did not work. Do not bother using it. - There is a small desk provided in the room, however it is very narrow which may not make working possible if you have a bigger laptop. Summary: The cost and location makes this hotel is a great value for money option if you are a traveler that only requires a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a convenient location. Do not stay here if you are expecting a five-star hotel experience or if you like using hotel facilities.

I was very satisfied with the price range. All the staff at the reception were nice and the amenities were satisfying. I think I will visit again next time.

I booked a ''loft'' room which is basically an entrance with desk,toilet and shower and a stairway up to the bed (which means you have to get down the stairs to use the toilet) In the advertisement it said ''cityciew'' but these rooms are very small and do not even have windows (they will have to change the ad because its false advertisement). The location is excellent and the staff was helpful.

The TV is not working,the lift was not working,poor toilet,no place to hang your clothes in the toilet,not quite happy with the room,the phone even also not working…please refer photo…thanks…

The hotel is comfortable and located in the middle of the city, the receptionist was really friendly and polite. Enjoyed my stay here, will book again when we visit KL.

1. Friendly staff and clean room / hotel and good location- excellent! 2. I did not get the loft as booked bcoz claimed “rosak” buat was upgraded to a room with a window. 3. TV had only 4 channels,2 coloured and 2 black n white with the other 2, the others were either had to be “subscribed” or none tuned. Need to ensure st least local channels are available 4. coffee tea only available upon request- did not know and was not advised by counter- reception should inform guest during check in 5. Only had 1 rubbish bin- need to have at least 2; one in room and 1 in toilet. 6. Room was smaller then expected. 7. Aircond was not that cold even after running it at 19degrees. - perhaps requires service

It is neat and tidy room. It is big enough for two people. The smell is good. It's also a quiet room.

Susah parking.Sangat limited..Small room.Jauh sari kedai makan halal.Just ada kedai mamak sahaja
