Self check in / out with clear guidelines by the owener. A center place - easy to go anywhere in the town. There are so many stores, shops, kopitiam, shopping mall nearby, in 5-10mins walk. There are gymnastics room and swimming pool too. Higy recommended.

Not bad the location was good and the check in process was Alittle confusing but they were really helpful the only downside was that they had no house cleaning. But overall it was a nice experience

We had an absolutely best experince time staying at Axon Residences hosting by Mr.Alson Ooi. From start to finish, everything meet our expectations and the communication with him was smooth & prompt,making the check in & check out process hassle free. The location was perfect in the middle city of bukit bintang kuala lumpur. We dont even need a transport,all can be reach out by walking. The room was clean & neat. The facilities like hair dryer,iron,microwave,washing machine,etc & basic toiletries also provided by the host. Overall we had the wonderful time staying here & would highly recommend this place to stay. ;)

My family n I got a 3-bedroom n a King Suite at different floors (12 & 36). The rooms are clean. 3-bedroom suite has all the amenities a family needs like washing machine, microwave, utensils n some kitchenware. King suite is basic. During the peak hours, there will be a long wait for the lifts. Once, the queue reaches all the way to the entrance of the lobby. We travelled to different parts of KL as we stay here. The traffic was a nightmare. It’s super jam to get back to Axon every night. it will be a perfect location for those who just want to shop n eat around Bukit Bintang. The liaison personnel Alson is very responsive on WhatsApp.

Place was neat and clean. Short walk to shopping malls. Only downside is the 40 floor building is too congested with tourists and the lift traffic can be a bummed. Overall ok..spectacular pool view.

It was definitely a cosy and clean room provided. Great for families or a group of 3 as there is a sofa bed provided with pillows in the living room. 2 rooms with one is a queen bed and the other one a single bed. Awesome view of TRX. The infinity pool is also located on the same level that adds to the convenience. Location is near TRX, Pavilion, and Times Square. Easy access to local eateries nearby. The only downside is that the waiting time for the lift during peak traffic can be very long. It took us 20 minutes just to get down to the carpark, which was around 10 am. There was also a queue to get back to the room at night. The infinity pool can also get very crowded as it is shared by the property next to it. Everything was great except for the lift waiting time and the traffic around the area.

Great location and beautiful view of the city. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The host is very kind to allow early check in and extend check out time when available. Highly recommended.

Truly amazed at this place and finally found a very decent and nice place that is so near the centre of it all. It was just a few steps away to the back of Fahrenheit, which leads you to Pavillion and the whole of Bukit Bintang. Never knew this place existed. The facilities are great, with gym, infinity pool, sauna, and steam available for use. Everything that you need in a house is also available and this room has nice views as well. Read a lot of reviews complaining of the long wait for the lift but thank goodness I didn't encounter that throughout the duration of my stay. Check-in was simple with the instructions provided by the contact given in the booking. Would definitely recommend this place for a good stay if you plan to venture around this area.

Living in this apartment is the right choice, the room is very comfortable and clean. There is a washing machine, microwave, electric stove which are very useful for those of us on holiday. The location is very strategic, close to Pavillion Mall, Fahrenheit, around the apartment there are also places to eat which are very easy to reach just by walking. Next to the apartment there is also a mini market However, in my opinion, the weakness of this apartment is that the lift is not adequate. When I was here it coincided with the Eid al-Adha holiday, there were lots of visitors and the lift was full of visitors so it was difficult for me to access the apartment up and down, I had to wait a very long time. but I will still stay in this apartment if I visit Kuala Lumpur again, because it is very comfortable, especially for families. Amazing location and was so easy to reach different locations I enjoyed the room and the view. It would have been nice to get some more amenities in the room. The best swimming pool I ever went to! Overall 8/10

The room is actually okay but the first floor reception is too crowded.
