Although the hotel's location may require multiple train changes from the city, the walking distance from the train station is not too far. The area around the hotel is not crowded or noisy. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to USJ, which is a very good service. The drivers are polite, and for the return trip to the hotel, there are three time options to choose from, making it convenient to book through the hotel’s website. Amenities include high-quality for women. It’s a slight pity that there’s no shower cap, but everything else is great. The room is spacious, and the view from the room is nice. There are enough elevators, and the wait time is short. The toilet and bathroom have separate areas, which is excellent.

Will be writing in singlish for fellow Singaporeans to understand and get me. Location was abit ulu and not much shade was provided during the long walk under the hot sun. Counter staff was able to speak bare minimum English. I lost my adidas bucket hat at the lobby. I manage to retrieve it at the counter which the counter staff were so lovely in wrapping it in plastic bag the moment it was lost and found. For solo travellers. Get the twin beds. The room is freaking huge with the sea view is just best.

Only breakfast is available in this hotel. Location is convenient for the Expo2025 ( still needs a taxi, as the shuttle bus is not regular). Big space for the rooms.

Due to its remote location, there are fewer guests, but the room is large, the hygiene is very good, and the quality of the service staff is also very high

Locate at Port area, parking have to park next hotel

the room service is poor, I lived for 6days 5night, they did not clean the room everyday, even tidying up the bed. That is the first time I lived in the hotel without room service.

Spacious room but car parking a bit far from the hotel Room. Convenient store is far away. Good for family stay especially for tourist in terms of room.

The hotel is very good value for money. I had to attend a conference at a hotel next door and it was fully booked. Then I discovered this hotel which costed me a fraction of what it would have cost if I booked the other hotel. The hotel facilities and services are good.
