1. A serious water leakage was found surrounding the glass partition and door after I took shower at about 11:00p.m. An half of the bathroom floor was covered with water, it was wet and slippery. 2. I tried to call for hotel staffs' assistance by pressing "At Your Service" on the room telephone as directed but no response. 3. We had no another way but except came down to G/F conceirge to inform the hotel staff and finally the hotel had agreed to change another room to solve the problem at 12:30a.m. then went on bed very late at night around 2:00a.m. 4. At around 6:00a.m., I prepared to take a shower again before went out for breakfast, but it was horrible that no hot water was supplied and even no water supply was found in the bath tub. No prior notice was given at all. Again, I pressed the "At Your Service" button serveral times but also had no response. Then we were upset to come down to inform conceirge. 5. Hotel staff in conceirge said an engineer would come up within 10 minutes but it was late and he came more than half and hour. He explained that the problem was due to the hotel switched off the pump so the water pressure might not be strong enough. 6. Then we were upset to come down to inform conceirge.t is impossible and no one would expect such a case happened in a 5-star hotel especially in Marriott. We are extremely disappointed We couldn't sleep and our holiday was seriously disturbed and tainted by this unpleasant case. 1．浴室漏水嚴重半夜12:30要更換房間。 2. 電話呼叫客服沒有回應，每次都要直接到地下詢問處處理問題。 3. 酒店為了省卻成本，不知什麼時候把水壓泵關掉，導致早上六時起來洗澡沒有熱水及其後更差不多沒水。 4. 早上六時又要走到地下找客服處理，結果等半小時後開水泵後才到房間說處理完成。 從來沒有住過五星酒店像這樣，整個晚上根本不能睡，沒有時間睡就是處理問題，非常失望👎🏿
