The hotel staff was very cooperative but the hotel and the room condition was not good as there was smell in the room. 2nd thing there was not ventilation window in the room. The third most important thing is that, I booked the same room for two night separately and paid the payment also. When I arrived at the hotel yesterday evening, it was very far from my training center and secondly the room condition was not good. So I decided to cancel my booking for only second day, which is for today's night, so I requested both the hotel staff and trip.com staff to cancel my room booking and refund the payment but I unfortunately didn't find get any news regarding my refund. I have already left the hotel and go away. I am sorry to tell all that I am student here so I can't afford this loss. I will appreciate both the platforms if they refund my payment. Thank you. Average hotel but very convenient for me as I was visiting a friend at the nearby Shanghai delta hospital . Had an issue with cleanliness and a weird smell in the air and some rooms have nails on the floor not quite hammered in that can hurt you if you don’t wear slippers . But for the price I think it was worth it .

Very nice and clean hotel. Reallly cozy aswell. I love how it is extremely quiet. Slept like a baby.

一、整體感受 本次入住體驗非常糟糕，完全沒有達到預期的標準。 二、衞生情況 進入房間就聞到一股異味，讓人感覺很不舒服。而且房間整體衞生狀況較差，給人一種不潔凈的印象。 三、設施配備 房間昏暗壓抑，採光明顯不足。牙刷和水不能及時補充，這給客人帶來極大的不便。另外，酒店竟然沒有配備洗手液，在當前注重衞生的大環境下，這是不可接受的。 四、噪音問題 晚上隔壁房間門沒關好，門鎖發出的滴滴滴報警聲一直響個不停，聲音還特別大。這種鎖的設計存在嚴重問題，響幾聲後就應該停止，而不是一直持續。半夜被吵醒後，也沒有工作人員前來處理，嚴重影響了睡眠質量。 五、建議 希望酒店能夠重視這些問題，加強衞生管理，及時補充客房用品，更換質量更好的門鎖，並確保在客人遇到問題時能夠及時響應和處理，以提高客人的入住體驗。

房間設施很差，電視無法聯網無法觀看，床單老舊臟，袋裝洗澡洗頭髮第一次見，隔音差，很晚都能被汽車行駛聲音吵到，早上很早就開始吵，無法休息，強烈建議不去

我是四百塊錢住這個酒店的冤大頭，要啥啥沒有，周邊也沒啥吃的，點個外賣還要自己去前台拿，衞生環境差的不行
