Booked this hotel for Marathon event at PADANG BANDARAN DBKK Kota Kinabalu.
This hotel only a stone throw away from the event that I enrolled. Oposite is famous and popular GAYA STREET. Hotel are clean and I love the Reception and Restaurant staffs. Friendly and are excellent. They have breakfast which is adequate to fill your hungry stomach. The BREAKFAST NEED IMPROVEMENT. Lacking the choices of FRUITS and Bread Rolls. They do have cakes but providing a few extra bread rolls and fruits won't harm the restaurant budget. HOWEVER THIS HOTEL I FULLY RECOMMENDED to everyone or and travellers.
This hotel toilet is also MUSLIM FRIENDLY. THE WATER SPRAY Pressure ARE STRONG. NICE.
****FRIENDLY REMINDER, this hotel charge for Parking Fees which is RM5 only during my one night stay with family.

Apartment is located right next to Imago Mall with a lot of food and retail outlets and along the Riverson Walk. Apartment is super clean and beds have thick mattress and are super comfortable. Apartment balcony has a stunning sunset view overseeing the Sutera Golf course. The host was very responsive to my family's requests including providing baby cot in the middle of night. Wonderful experience and will come back again.

Excellent location with many shops around. The busiest mall, Imago shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk. The hotel is equipped with a shared kitchen, washer and dryer. The room is clean. Check-in and out is easy with the instructions given.

Tutto va bene solo che è necessario raccogliere la carta di accesso come nella foto allegata prima , che prende un sacco di direzione là.Dopo di che è necessario andare al parcheggio che davvero lontano poi il lobby di ascensore 🤣

헤매고 헤매다가 참 좋은 숙소를 얻게 되었어요! 깨끗하고 정리 정돈이 잘 되어있고 호스트 분이 굉장히 친절하십니다. 다음 번에 또 가게 된다면 이 숙소로 다시 가고 싶어요! 또 이마고 쇼핑몰이 바로 아래에 있어서 정말 편리합니다. It's a really clean and nice accommodation. Thank you for taking good care of me. I recommend it to both Koreans and Koreans!

距離imago很近！走過去就到了，樓下還有一個小型商場，但是地理位置正好在機場航道下面，睡眠不好的慎重下單！飛機的聲音會非常大，房間還算乾淨整潔

La stanza è molto pulita, la posizione è anche molto buona, il servizio clienti è anche molto tempestivo, e il servizio clienti cinese è anche. L'unico difetto è stare alle tre del pomeriggio. Ho ritardato molto tempo. Sono un uomo che vive in uno spazio molto grande e caldo.

UUtente ospiteLa struttura è molto pulita e pulita e ben progettata. La struttura è molto amichevole e sempre pronto a ascoltare e aiutare immediatamente. Vale la pena rimanere in questa unità e proprio lungo la strada è il centro commerciale di KK e ha un supermercato per le necessità.

RRozyyatiSceglieremo sicuramente questo hotel di nuovo! Camera spaziale, bevande, frutta e tizi quotidiani, più di 10 scelte di cibo durante il colazione, tutte le strutture sono complete, 500m per auto al jet se si guida un auto o 10min per camminare, accompagnato da un centro commerciale è un bonus, personale amichevole, e vicino a tutte le attrazioni. Ci siamo davvero goditi di rimanere qui.

UUtente ospiteToujoo è bloccato in un piccolo angolo del centro città KK, facilmente accessibile per turisti e locali.La nostra camera era pulita (camera 102-studio doppia finestra), il letto è super comodo, il bagno è piccolo (atteso) ma ben ventilato e la pressione dell'acqua è buona. La prova sonora è buona e è piuttosto tranquilla, non abbiamo sentito i nostri vicini e la tempesta che si sta bevendo fuori. La stanza è dotata di oratori Bluetooth, che ci piaceva davvero. Non c'è TV. Molti punti elettrici per caricare i vostri dispositivi. Inoltre, gli ospiti possono utilizzare le strutture dell'OPIS (tra il pavimento e il primo piano). Grande area per soggiornare intorno, fare il caffè/tea, giocare a piscina, o leggere. Anche un gatto di casa (Pablo?) se avete bisogno di una terapia animale domestico. 😆 I domenica sono buoni per le donne (cocktail di flusso libero al bar Tamu tetto 5-7pm) più il cibo è fantastico! In generale questo posto è molto raccomandato!

Try local foods around this hotel e.g, 1) Yee Fung…..don’t miss Wonton Soup 2) Keng Wan Hing……Big Pau (Chinese bun) with hot coffee Actually, Atkinson Tower and Signal Hill Observatory are in walking area but both have been closed for renovation. I stayed in Single room without window…..clean, private bathroom, air condition, tv……..anyway, there was no daily housekeeping? Cos I stayed 2 nights but no one came to my room. I stayed on 3rd floor (only 3 floor…..still have a lift) and there was heavy rain on 2nd night…….big rain big sound……made my Cinemax….watching Indiana Jones….gone with the rain…..no signal at all (TV Hotel) In the summary, highly recommended for reasonable price for budget traveller upon prime location. Note for Airport Transfer From KKiA or BKI, there was no operation of Airport Bus due to Covid situation. Then, you can rake a taxi at fixed fee at 30 ringgit or grab only 10 ringgit……for sure….Grab….airport bus only 5 ringgit

RRinat S- Room was dirty and sticky (including toilet, bed sheets, pillows, floor etc.) - Strong moldy smell, you basically breathe mold (if you care about your health, don't ever go there, I couldn't sleep because of that) - Safe's door was jammed (can't leave any valuables in there when you are out) - You might have lizards, ants, roaches, other bugs (I only had some ants) - Hot water ran for 2 min only (so get ready for cold shower) - Didn't turn on AC (probably filters are all nasty, don't risk it) - Noisy at night - Preview pictures were taken 5 years ago or so (hotel doesn't have good maintenance and looks so bad irl) The worst hotel out of dozens I've visited.
