Hotel stile moderno. Colazione €19 a persona, per niente economico però devo dire che era tutto di qualità con prodotti per tutti i gusti. Alla reception molto gentili, camera spaziosa e tutto pulito. La zona wellness molto carina, spaziosa con una sauna, bagno turco, sauna infrarossi, tepidarium, due zone con lettini e zona con tisana ed acqua aromatizzata. Aperta ogni giorno fino le 22. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la zona è ottima, a due passi dal lago per passeggiare e 10 min di auto dal centro di Klagenfurt.

Ho prenotato l'hotel perché una persona mi ha detto che è il miglior hotel di benessere in Austria. Ora posso dire che purtroppo non è così e sono già stato in alcuni hotel di benessere. La posizione dell'hotel è super 👍 ma in inverno al benessere non è così importante. Posso immaginare che la posizione è più importante in estate. Il cibo era molto buono e il personale molto amichevole. Il massaggio era super e i dipendenti erano molto amichevoli e preconvenienti. Tuttavia, mi è stato troppo freddo nella camera da letto e nella maggior parte delle camere. La camera da letto era pulita e il letto è comodo. Il settore del benessere potrebbe essere chiaramente rinnovato e è in grado di svilupparsi. Purtroppo non c'è davvero un'acqua molto calda - la piscina all'outdoot era troppo fredda anche per me. E ciò che manca chiaramente sono le piscine e le camere tranquille dove l'atmosfera si adatta. Nelle camere sono le sedie in tutto il mondo - questo si potrebbe cambiare su materassi in nicchia o simili ... Sarebbe molto più accogliente 👌. Ho mancato i bagni da parte del personale e penso che tutti gli altri ospiti divertirebbero molto. Il paesaggio della sauna è fantastico e chiaramente abbastanza grande. Un saunabar sarebbe un'idea che si potrebbe pensare ... Perché per le bevande e simili, si deve sempre andare al mare/restaurante. Questo passaggio è chiaramente troppo freddo anche nel bagno in inverno. In retrospettiva posso dire che l'hotel ha una posizione e un grande potenziale - fare qualcosa dal settore del benessere.
