Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. C’era un problema con la mia stanza, e mi hanno portato a una suite senza spese. 臨時出差當天訂房，搜尋尚有空房的飯店，比較下CP值相對較高，比較多的負評主要是停車位少，早餐選擇少。 實際入住後，因為空房有限，從預訂的大床房調整入住雙床三人房，現況和網頁介紹的完全相符。 床上有羽毛枕和記憶膠枕選擇，非常貼心。 備品齊全，品質也很好，有三合一咖啡和茶包。 房間隔音不錯，遮光窗簾效果非常好。 至於飯店旁附建停車塔十來個停車位確實不多，不過天黑前來應該都停的到。 早餐大約是一般中價位商務飯店的品質，以中式為主，西式品項很少，是有提昇的空間。 三人房的淋浴間和廁所各自獨立用玻璃隔間，標準尺寸淋浴間內的毛巾浴巾很容易淋溼，水也容易濺出。比較麻煩的是隱私問題，夫妻情侶入住可以出了淋浴間再穿衣，但是三人房這種設計是有些不方便。

Stato a H20 Hotel nel maggio 2023. In realtà niente, eccetto lode per questo hotel - il servizio era impeccabile (un servizio di auto E butler è stato inviato per uscire dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità) e tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono stati estremamente utile e amichevole. La zona di toletta e la zona di doccia era anche separata, in modo da non avere problemi di inondazioni. La posizione era anche perfetta - era a piedi di distanza dal mercato della notte Ruifeng, che ha una folla di opzioni per cibo stradale. Ci siamo mangiati per tre notti consecutive. Can't believe how great of a value this hotel is. Rooms are awesome, the beds are comfy, the breakfast is delicious (and all-you-can-eat!), and the location is quite convenient! Only negative point I'd say is that it gets quite humid in the room, even with the dehumidifier on. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Kaohsiung. Booking through trip.com made it even cheaper, since it was about half the price of what we were quoted at the front desk (4k NTD/night).

Also, the view from the guest room at this hotel was better than the one that my parents got when staying at the Grand Hotel Taipei. The view at the Grand Hotel Kaohsiung faces the front of the hotel with trees and the water fountain. The view at the Grand Hotel Taipei was the parking lot. The subway is a bit far from the hotel. The room was quite big and the price was fine. Also, the room was clean and tidy.
