Hotel boutique a Kaohsiung

Il personale del front desk è molto professionale e utile, in particolare Wu e Wang, molto efficiente servizio anche a metà della notte, quando il tetto è gocciolato. Non c'è riscaldamento, la stanza può essere abbastanza fredda vicino al ***** nuovo anno. Molto vicino al mercato notturno di 6000 e stazione metropolitana Formosa. Buono valore per il denaro pagato.

I always stay in the hotel whenever I visit kaoshiung. The staffs are kind especially Pan (young handsome crew at the counter) , and when I request for the ironing to be deliver to my room in the middle of the night, another staff sent it over and reject my tips for him. Very helpful.

It was first bad hotel experience booking thru trip.com. Traveled with 2 kids under 13. We drove to Kaoshiung from Taipei. Arrived late night. There's no parking lot provided but have to park somewhere 3 walk at a opposite the hotel. Paid TWD100 per entry on the following day before leaving. The hotel looks good at the public areas, except our room. We were given a room at 6th floor. It looks like under construction and no other guests were staying on that floor. If we were not 4 together, I dare not stay alone. What was disappointed was the room is very very old. Everything old style. The carpet is dirty. We have to wear the paper slippers (the worst hotel slipperstgat I had ever seen) to walk on the carpet. We tried to push a bed to the side to the wall, but the floor under the bed is very dirty, even found a plastic slipper (not a pair). We guessed it was left by the previous guest and the room was not totally cleaned. We quickly put the bed back. The shower pipe also not very well working and weak power water. Quite disappointed. 2 Good points: 1. The hotel is near to the night market: It's just 3~5 mins walk from hotel. 2. The breakfast was quite good.

Si tratta di un hotel molto conveniente con la metropolitana a destra. E il complesso commerciale al contrario dell'hotel

First time visiting kaohsiung and decided to book this hotel upon seeing many good reviews. The location is very near to one of the train station. The staff were all friendly. Sandra was very nice to offer us two pieces of facial mask as we were stucked at the carpark while trying to exit. Very nice gesture. Just that need to take note that the check in time is at 4pm. However they will allow you to wait at there lounge at level 16 with free drinks and small snacks. Do remember to bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste as the hotel do not provide all this. The room was very spacious and clean. They also provide free minibar. Will consider this hotel if I am back to Kaohsiung again

I like breakfast it has a wide variety of choices.The rooms are small but comfortable.I just hope they still put a tooth brush and toothpaste for free. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is perfect for going around and easy access to the train station and Uber. The Rent Car is also just beside the hotel. Near Mc Donald's, KFC and 7-11. Thanks.Airline Inn.

Room was clean and service was really good. I requested for them to help me receive parcel prior to my arrival and they assisted me with it and handed me the parcel when I arrived. Hotel also provides free self-service laundry, but not that drier have to pay. Overall good experience

Spacious room and good housekeeping. I chose a room with window so have good day light, can see the Main Street and watch the Tai wan style traffic xD. Bed is comfy and shower was great. Air conditioning was good but a bit loud. Staff are helpful and friendly. There’s complementary snacks every day for guests at the lobby too. Very thoughtful.

I came here for the Sanrio themed rooms. The lady at VIP check-in was ready to transport my kid into the word of hello Kitty with different trivia and gifts. The building might be a bit dated, but everything is clean and top notch.  great for family and business travel
