Overall, the hotel is decent and comfortable for a stay. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel is eco-friendly, so single-use personal care items like toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided; they are available at the counter for 20 NTD if needed. Shower foam and shampoo are provided in the bathroom. There are also no bottled water amenities, but you can boil your own water in the room. One feature I really appreciated was the laundry room. As someone who likes to wash clothes while travelling, this was a big plus. It isn’t free (50 NTD for washing and another 50 NTD for drying), but I find the pricing reasonable. The hotel also offers free biscuits and drinks during the day at Level 16, which guests are welcome to enjoy. The location is convenient, within walking distance to a FamilyMart and the Cianjin MRT station. What I didn’t particularly like, although I understand the eco-friendly concept, was that some basic hotel service felt lacking. Late at night, I called the front desk to request paper and a pen, and was told I had to go down to collect it myself. Personally, after showering and settling in for the night, I didn’t expect to have to go downstairs for such a small request, and it was mildly frustrating, so I chose not to collect it and only asked again the following day. That said, I’m not sure if this was due to a particular staff member. My interactions with other front desk staff were generally positive, they were helpful with directions and assisted me with booking a taxi in advance. Overall, a comfortable stay with good facilities, though service consistency could be improved slightly.

We had such a suprise in the hotel. We ate dinner in the hotel's restaurant (which is the dining room) and it was so good we decided to stay at the hotel. We came to the breakfast at 9:30 (which the breakfast is 07:00-10:00) and was nothing to eat. Literally, nothing to eat. every food we wanted to eat we had to ask the waiteress to fill it up and it took them so long. appearantly, the hotel provide boxes for guests to fill up food and take away. but hey, if there are guests that didn't eat yet, don't do it! do it just after the breakfast hours. when i asked for a bread i got a frozen bread, literraly a frozen one. when i asked the manager ahe said I need to defrost it by myself. it was the first time in my entire life I encountered things like that.

Il buffet per colazione era fresco e variabile, mentre la zona della piscina offreva rilassamento. La custodia di casa ha tenuto tutto in prigione ogni giorno. Meno rumore dalle strade vicine, ma cortine di blackout ha aiutato. Grande valore per le famiglie o le coppie molto consiglia per un soggiorno senza problemi. Torneremo il prossimo viaggio!

Overall, it was good, though the rooms were quite damp. We requested a dehumidifier, and they provided one. The hotel is located in a commercial building and was quite crowded during breakfast in the mornings. However, in general, the cleanliness, location, and service were satisfactory.

Tutto è stato buono durante il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. L'illuminazione della stanza era un po' troppo oscura per me, ma non era un problema durante il giorno, perché c'era molta luce solare dalla finestra. La posizione è una buona, circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione MRT più vicina. La strada alla stazione era chiara e aveva una varietà di negozi locali da esplorare.

We had an amazing family stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their friendly smiles and excellent service. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with family. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the amenities were complete, and everything was well-maintained. We also loved how peaceful the atmosphere was, making it easy for everyone to relax after a busy day.
