This was my third stay at this hotel since its grand opening. I visit Kaohsiung about every six months, and overall the experience has been consistently pleasant. The facilities are well designed and maintained , and the staff are friendly and professional
.
There was one issue during this stay—the shower drainage was clogged, so I had to use the bathtub instead. This is something that ideally shouldn’t happen at all, but the hotel’s response was okay. They came to fix it next morning as it was late.
The soundproofing and AC are excellent. I especially enjoyed the hot spring and the gym, both of which are well equipped and relaxing. I didn’t include the buffet breakfast this time, as I preferred grabbing local drinks, buns, and snacks from the 7‑Eleven or FamilyMart just across the street as well as leaving room for lunch later.
The desserts at the lobby café were delightful, and the Japanese restaurant was absolutely divine. It’s just a pity that I didn’t know the omakase needs to be pre-booked. The restaurant doesn’t reserve seats for hotel guests or ask about this in advance, which was a bit disappointing. The set menu was very nice.
Overall, it’s still a hotel I enjoy staying.

NicethorWe were extremely impressed with our stay at this hotel! We absolutely loved the unlimited snacks available throughout the day, including coffee, tea, junk foods, and especially the ice cream. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary 24-hour laundry service, which was very convenient and added great value to our experience. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with its wide variety of delicious dishes. Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, providing the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The hotel's location was also excellent and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding amenities. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

JoT.Great location, able to take MRT (redline) directly from Kaohsiung airport to Kaohsiung Main Station , then just walk across the street, hotel is right there.
Hotel room is reasonable size, nicely setup. Since it's close to MRT station, you can get to anywhere easily. Great food choices including street food is just within walking distance.
We left Kaohsiung to Taipei by high speed train, it's also very easy to get to Zuo-ying Station from hotel. Just take TRA local train (station is same as the MRT station) to New Zuo-Ying Station and transfer to the high speed train. It was a bit confusing in the beginning but if you ask anyone at the station, they are always happy to answer you. People are extremely friendly

We ate dinner in the hotel's restaurant (which is the dining room) and it was so good we decided to stay at the hotel.
We came to the breakfast at 9:30 (which the breakfast is 07:00-10:00) and was nothing to eat.
Literally, nothing to eat. every food we wanted to eat we had to ask the waiteress to fill it up and it took them so long. appearantly, the hotel provide boxes for guests to fill up food and take away.
but hey, if there are guests that didn't eat yet, don't do it! do it just after the breakfast hours.
when i asked for a bread i got a frozen bread, literraly a frozen one. when i asked the manager ahe said I need to defrost it by myself. it was the first time in my entire life I encountered things like that.

The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.

Paulito WMolto convenientemente situato a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Colazione inclusa che era abbastanza buona. TV nel soggiorno del colazione in modo che potessi guardare un gioco mentre mangio. Le camere sono molto piccole con bagno al corridoio. Sono molto comodi e puliti.
