Second time here but first time i managed to find an available slot for a suite room and boy was the bathtub gorgeous and worth the extra costs. Large, luxuriant and lovely, the suite i was given was designed elegantly, with a nice touch of floral china tea and cup sets. Location is within walking distance of most of the vaunted and vouched-for cafes, eateries and KTV lounges. One of the better hotels in the area, though its fame has reached such a stage that weekend availability is almost non-existent!

I couldn’t resist indulging in the aromatic local dishes and treating myself to some window shopping; all within easy reach! One noteworthy experience was my visit to the hotel’s swimming pool complex. The lush surroundings were inviting, and I spent hours sunbathing and sipping on a float in the lazy river. I made delightful conversation with fellow travelers while soaking up the sun, which eased the lonely times of solo travel. It's nice to know that in shared spaces, strangers can quickly turn into friends. The on-site dining options were simply amazing, with menus that fusion flavors of local and international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the buffet, where surprises were tasted with every bite. Pro tip: don’t miss out on dessert; the durian mousse is a singular experience not to be overlooked! While my stay wasn't without minor hiccups - some Wi-Fi connectivity issues and a brief hiccup with room service - the quick responses from the attentive staff ensured any frustration was minimal. Overall, KSL Hotel in Johor is a gem for solo travelers looking for a delightful blend of luxury, local flavor, and accessibility. I walked away not just with memories of the beautiful sights around Johor, but with a heart full of appreciation for the warm hospitality I received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di aiutare la mia sorella a vivere all'Hotel Crystal Crown a Johor, in Malaysia, e non posso dire abbastanza buone cose sulla nostra esperienza! Il sito web dell'hotel è facile da usare e ho trovato facilmente tutte le informazioni necessarie relative ai tipi di camera, ai prezzi e alle strutture. Quando arrivarono, la calda ospitezza del personale ci fece sentire immediatamente benvenuti; il processo di check-in era rapido ed efficiente, che è sempre un sollievo dopo un lungo viaggio. Ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente il complimentare bevande di benvenuto, un bel toccante che ha posto il tono per il nostro soggiorno. La stanza stessa era assolutamente stupenda! Spazioso, impecabilmente pulito, e bellamente decorato, aveva una vista incredibile della zona circostante. La nostra famiglia apprezzava l'atmosfera accogliente e, soprattutto, amava tutte le attrazioni di pensiero, tra cui una caldaia e un minibar ben accanto. L'hotel dispone di un piacevole ristorante dove si è divertita con un buffet per colazione che ha offerto una vasta gamma di piatti locali e internazionali. La zona di piscina è stata anche un colpo enorme, fornendo un’oasi pacifico per il relax non puoi aiutare ma rilassarti prendendo una divanda fresca o saleggiando sotto il sole. Una delle migliori parti? L'hotel è situato vicino alle principali attrazioni e aree commerciali, rendendo facile per noi esplorare Johor e sperimentare tutta la cultura e la cucina della città. In generale, il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Crystal Crown non è stato meno di piacevole! Se stai cercando un posto che combina comfort, grande servizio e meravigliose attrazioni, questo hotel è certamente il modo di andare. Il personale è amichevole e utile durante il check-in. La stanza è molto pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta. Ho prenotato la stanza per celebrare il compleanno di mio marito e si è sorpreso di vedere la nostra stanza essere decorata con palloncini di compleanno e un asciugamano fatto “cake di compleanno” e una carta di compleanno con i desideri di compleanno scritti a mano. Grazie! 🥰

Very suitable for families with young children. They have free shuttle at few places on scheduled timing, but more convenient to drive by car as its away from the city. Carpark is behind the front of the hotel but staff was very helpful to show us with map on how to get there in 2 minutes. Overall, the room is clean BUT there were 2-3 table tops which were sticky, we had to clean it ourselves, looks like sweet residue. There were also ants on the sink area & wall in 2 single-bedded bedroom. We are glad we had the privacy of 2 separate rooms, but we kept them opened. There is no view outside the window but we are okay with it. We still like it though as staff were very prompt, polite & helpful. We can feel the hospitality. There is a reasonable size gym with variety of equipment but no swimming pool. Maybe during checkout can remind us to let the counter tap our Touch & Go for complimentary parking, luckily there were many posters at the lobby to remind us to do so. Breakfast buffet was included, the spread is reasonable and the food was good considering its included in the room. Thumbs-up for the price which trip.com offer with my coins. Excellent hotel to stay in. I guess the hotel just newly renovated but the air conditioning in the room a bit old and not well maintained. The air conditioning too cold at night even though we set up 27 degrees celcius. The surface of the air conditioning was frozen. Breakfast wise very good. The quality was excellent. You will have warm croissants and warm danish pastries. Come with local dishes as well. All the staff starting from the front desk staff, the parking guard, the F&B teams was friendly. Overall stay was pretty good.

The stay was really comfortable and it is easy to get around with Grab. However, the walk to Aeon Tebrau might be a little challenging in the evening due to the high traffic flow. The staff are really friendly and they even whatsapp me to check with me constantly on my check-in time :) Overall, a great stay!

Situato a circa 10-15min passeggiata dalla piazza della città di JB, il mercato notturno è a 5 minuti a piedi. Relativamente accessibile, ma la zona intorno all'hotel è ancora in costruzione, in modo che la strada possa essere piuttosto ineguale. Protezione del suono non è molto buona, l'aria condizionata è piuttosto debole.

Just a little bit pricey for walk ins, but it’s reasonable if purchased online because their services were excellent from the moment i checked in into the hotel. The staffs were friendly and responsive. The room was in excellent condition. They even cleaned up our room daily without being requested. Now i know why they received quite high rates and reviews from their guests. Will surely repeat again! Sorry i forgot to take more pictures for reviews
