Lift at Level 6 link to KSL. Abit noisy at night, have sound of engine running. Bathtub was shacking, toilet bowl have little water flush out. The worst is the lift, only 2 lift working and may need to wait for 30min to 1hrs🥶 we walk down by staircase 35 floor😰

This is a nice apartment hotel with no room service nor lobby, suitable for families especially with kids. The place is clean when we checked in, and the diy checkin is quite intuitive wth good instructions. For its price during non-peak, there’s little to complain. When it comes to peak though, prices soars, and the number of guests creates a jam at the lift access to the 39 floor apartment rooms. During our stay, one lift was down and with only 3/4 lifts, the waiting time during checkin and checkout is very very long. Hot water the shower is centralised and not reliable at all. Due to its proximity to KSL Mall, size of the room, and its good price during non-peak, its a recommend, but don’t expect perfection here.

Clear instructions for check in and check out, so everything is smooth. Next to KSL, it is convenient to go to KSL through the path (with key card) from D'Esplanade. We are happy with our stay overall, will book again if I am around this area.

The location is good, but the service lift to the apartment is really a headache. Waited for 20 minutes for each time going down from our apartment to ground level. Other than this shortfall, this is accommodation is acceptable.

The view was nice. Most importantly the cleaniness is & location is tip top. Love the view from my room & how big the place is. Very suitable for families.

Clean and tidy. The elevators even though there were three or four in service, were extremely slow, that resulted in huge bottle necks and long waits. To exacerbate the difficult condition, the air con in the lobby was not working, if not efficient - perhaps it could be due to the renovations going on during our stay.

Check in was a choas. The number provided was switch off and we were kept in suspense from 12 to 2pm. Running up and down the KSL resort. We were in the verge of travelling back to Singapore when a message arrived at 140pm telling us that we at assigned to block b and to collect the keys from respective letterbox. This message could have arrived one day beforenin order not to keep us in suspense. After check out date, we were told by security guards to leave keys in letterbox. Later when we reached customs, the msg arrived and told us to take a picture of the keys left in letterbox. Service is unrealiable and will not consider any bookings in future with the apt.

It was nice and clean with a good view. Down downside is that there's no shower curtain or screen in the bath area.... a wet floor can be hazardous.

Good place to stay

Very happy with the stay. We almost felt like we are home. Only need to bring your own toothbrush and the rest are provided. See the photos taken.

Easy to check in and check out as per message instruction. Ther is things to improve living room window is not able to lock and owner should have to regular check. Apart from that overall very satisfy staying.

Our first staying here and really pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, had hot water, provided towels and toilet paper (we did have to buy our own water - but not an issue) and from block A it's directly connected to KSL city mall so super convenient And v important for us girls - no bed bugs or any bugs for that matter haha We really thought it was worth it!
