Been staying 3 to 4 times before. Location good. Disappointed with the bath towels this time round..it smells. Housekeeping should take note.

The stay was great as usual, just the first check in room , there were tiny mosquito but was resolved and all good

Hotel is surrounded by plenty of eateries and massage spas. Hotel location is strategic. Room is very spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Overall it was ok. Room was clean but quite normal. A bit dim and old in terms of the light and furnitures

Location wise was very convenient to the malls n eating places Room was clean n bed was good Breakfast variety was limited Saw alot of people stayed at this hotel

This hotel has always been my go to hotel in JB if I want to be near to KSL. Room is big and clean. The only thing I want to mention is they don’t give any cotton bud , cotton pads and ear buds.  I got to stay at Room 1902 and am very happy that I can see the sunrise from my room window. And the seats near to the curtain certainly adds a fine touch as we can sit there comfortably to see the Sunrise.  Buffet breakfast was normal. However I noted that there were no tea bags available.  Carpark is free for hotel guests. Also, there is currently a 20% discount at Thai Odyssey if you show them the room card. It’s located on the 6th floor of the hotel.

Great location near to ksl mall and many eateries. Room and toilet are clean and spacious. Wide selection in breakfast buffet. Most importantly they are tasty. Service in restaurant is quick. Really grateful for the good wifi in hotel room.

A decent hotel where it is clean. Location is convenient across ksl if you are looking for the type of shopping there. Amenities is decent as well just don’t have the lotion.

Overall a usual weekend getaway trip for our family. Was given a room with view which was nice. Front desk was smiley. Wished that their room can have lesser dust on the carpet and furnitures. Safe is always down with my battery. Hope can improve. Thanks trip for the sale price of $70+ per nite

Everything all good, except for the bathtub can be improved as there’s water leakage whenever we tried to take shower

Breakfast - not much options for vegetarian, hope they will serve plain porridge in near future.

KSL shopping mall was jus opposite the hotel and quite convenient to find makan .The room was clean overall Ok.

Very nice and convenient place , near KSL shopping centre , still have valet parking, u will feel save , I will be come back and stay again, highly recommended to all.

This hotel is considered new and location is pretty good. However we had some hiccups during check-in. My confirmed booking via trip.com as well as my sister’s confirmed booking via agoda were both not found in the hotel’s system, and we had to wait around 15minutes or slightly longer for them to sort out the reservation. It gave us a scare as we were worried there were no more rooms available. However the staff tried their best to help as promptly as possible. The room was spacious, view was amazing as we could watch all the fireworks during CNY. Breakfast spread was also amazing.
