Hi, have stayed in this hotel 7 times in the past 9 years. Very satisfy. This time round all requests fulfill. However this time round upon checkout, waiting time to board the lift successfully took about 15 mins due to full pax when checkout. Management should allow guests up to 1 pm to checkout to avoid huge crowds bordering the lift. Add on 1 lift was under servicing.

Rooms were big & clean . Furniture and carpets looked new. Given corner rooms and had fantastic view of the surrounding. Staff is professional. Went for Thai massage at the hotel - hotel guest has 20% discount but too bad I chose a day which was msia ph, so no discount given. Very comfortable stay and hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

This is my 1st time stay at this hotel as I normally booked with KSL. This time round I decided to have a change since this hotel is so near to KSL even though the pricing is slightly higher than other hotels. The check-in process is fast and the duty manager is very friendly. The hotel has very nice view and a sky lounge with live music at level 26.

Location is near to KSL but no direct shelter. Service and infinity pool are good. Breakfast can be improve.

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Food was good, wide spread. Would like to stay again in this hotel next time

Got a free upgrade to suite room, the suite room was very big and had a good unblocked view of the surroundings. Enjoyed our 1N stay. Location was great, next to ksl.

The location is very good and convenient. Breakfast selection is not bad. Infinity pool is nice. The downside is low water pressure for shower.

⭐☆☆☆☆ A Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping & Customer Service I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was too frustrating to ignore. Upon check-in, I discovered that the toilet light in my room wasn’t working. I tried calling the reception multiple times for assistance, but no one picked up. Left with no choice, I had to go down to the lobby to request a room change in person. When I spoke to a senior executive about the issue and questioned why there wasn’t a proper quality check after housekeeping, her response was dismissive and showed little concern. There was no apology or effort to address my frustration properly. I was eventually given a new room, but to my dismay, the toilet floor was dirty, with hair scattered all over—clearly not cleaned thoroughly. After a full day of back-to-back business appointments, I was hoping for a clean and restful environment. Instead, I was met with subpar cleanliness and poor service. This experience was both disappointing and unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide decent hospitality.

Overall experience was good and satisfied. The location was good and easy to find local foods. Offer 20% discount at Thai Oddisey at 6th floor.

The room is very clean and quiet. The food is tasty and there are many varieties.will plan to stay next trips again.

The hotel staffs are always very helpful and friendly. No questions ask when requesting for more towels and room slippers. Breakfast is enjoyable as they have staff to help you look for table. We have stayed here a few times for the past 8 years.

Location of the hotel is superb. It's just right across KSL mall. Staff was very accommodating during check in - we requested for a king bed and was told to wait an hour for our room to be ready. Our room was quite clean and very spacious. The only downside was that the shower gel and shampoo were in small bottles, not quite enough for 2 pax.

Fantastic hotel for a staycation in the city. Location nearby to amenities, facilities - eternity pool, great spread for breakfast, good room size. Value for money overall compared to other hotels in JB.

This is my second time stay in this hotel, room a bit run down.. overall is satisfying of the services , breakfast is good and pricing is attractive. A good stay in this hotel, like their bed very much firm and not too hard. Will come bad again if the pricing is competitive.
