We have not been back here for over a year and got a newly renovated room on the 25th floor But guys, you can do better with the windows cos its all mouldy and unable to see clearly the beautiful view. Nonetheless, I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 1245pm. Their customer service is also commendable. The premium amenities with spa and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience. (A separate price, just below Tower 2) We also loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure!

The room has come with single bed and queen bed. The view from the window is nice. Free parking. Alot of restaurant nearby. Reception is not friendly at all. Lotus is inside the mall.

As of now, my regular weekday hotel for short trip to JB. Location is unquestionable. Lots of restaurants, eateries, foods in vicinity n very near to hop to mid valley n Pelangi, if u have things to do there. All rooms are std 26sqm. Diff is in the bed size n toilet amenities/facilities. So for simple stay, deluxe twin/queen/king will suffice. No need premier category. Room rather spartan but sufficient to sleep in. Weekday rates are very inviting for retirees on budget. Weekends can be 30% or more. But rather evident hotel is aging tho good enough for simple stay. I like the fact lots activities outside hotel in the evening, which means it’s safe. If u want exclusivity n privacy, away from crowds, then this is not your cuppa.

Good stay in JB. WiFi worked well & gym facilities clean. Breakfast selection very good! Walls very thin, had the pleasure of hesring our neighbour all night

Overall our staycation during the 2D 1N was a memorable experience with the early out in to the late checkout. The location was super convenience. Only feedback will be both the toilet and sink was choked.

Check in process is smooth but the staff is very rude. Not sure why he is so bothered about my credit card or debit card when I have acknowledged that I have noted on the time needed to be take for deposit refund.  The room generally is clean. Toilet only has one with good lighting. Out of the 3 toilet, there’s 1 that does not have water flow.  Swimming pool is a perk but at night it’s not litted up, so it’s quite dark. So it’s a personal choice to swim at night.  Quite inconvenient not to have the check in and out counter at the bottom of the apartment.  Food is conveniently available. Overall, average

All good except that the aircon can’t be adjusted, always stay at 26.5C, I was perspiring in the middle of night. Toilet was also not cleaned thoroughly, stanch of urine smell present from the earlier occupant. Other than the above, all good. Breakfast range was commendable. Hotel is next to KSL City Mall, many massage outlets to choose from. Strongly recommended for convenient stay in JB.

Is located in the heart of johor Bahru Lots of foods inside the shopping centre and outside also lots of foods store.

The room was spacious, clean and modern. Full window offered a great view. Breakfast was good with variety of choices. The pool looked nice, unfortunately we couldn't swim due to limited time of our stay in Johor.

My family and I booked this hotel because it's convenient. What you need is just below. Checkin was smooth.

The location is very convenient, KSL shopping mall just next to the hotel. Room quite clean and the front counter staff very friendly. Overall satisfied with my JB staycation.

Not a bad stay but there are a lot of foreigners around while noise cancellation needs to be improved too

Booking is easy. Locations is good Initial room aircon got problem they change room at no additional cost  Room is clean, bed cover is clean. Will recommend.
