The building has robust security measures in place and secure access, ensuring that guests feel safe and secure throughout their stay. First time trying out apartment instead of hotel as this trip is for family gathering. Location is decent, could have been better if the bridge link to R&F is still there (currently renovation till end of Sept 2024). Lobby is pretty stuffy and have weird smell, and the R&F Mall is pretty much dead. Room is big and good for families, have sufficient amenities.

Unfortunately, despite the fantastic seaview from the balcony overlooking causeway, our stay got cut short and we decided to check-out early morning around 2.30am for safety of our kids and us. One of my family member got bitten by bedbugs just when we were about to call it a night at 1am. At first we thought it was a mosquito but when sensing something is off, decided to turn on the lights and found bedbugs on the mattress. We decided to move to the living area and woke up the rest while we check the entire apartment to find even more bedbugs crawling on walls and unknown bugs on the kitchen walls. I updated the owner on the spot. Understandably, since it was wee hours in the morning, we did not expect much but our first thought was to just leave the place and head home carrying our young kids that were still sleeping whom were not aware of what was going on. The next morning, received reply from owner informing us that they will have their cleaning team to check. No apologies for the inconveniences except that owner was sorry for the late respond. In the evening at 10pm, i received an update from owner that the security deposit of $50 has been refunded which is part of the requirement for our stay. No mention about refunding our stay or any form of service recovery and no goodwill gesture. Very disappointed. My advice to other travelers, book at your risk. Do your own checks upon check-in.

Overall the place was really clean and comfortable. Definitely felt quite safe staying here too:) The only down sides was the fact that the balcony was a bit unkept, having a cigarette butt and cigarette box lying there, and the fact that there isn’t a water dispenser or a water filter system. But other than that, I’d definitely stay again in the future:) very convenient with lots of food and even a supermarket just downstairs:)

Quite a good place to stay. Easy to access to the room with the help of the owner. Swimming pool abit too small, suitable for kids to play in the pool. But if for shoppers, be prepare to go other places to shop as the shopping mall downstairs don't really have much things.

Very pleased with the service and experience. The cleanest and most well kept unit I've seen in Princess Cove. Also had instant support with the WiFi when I needed help. Will be back!

Good location nearby CIQ walking 10mins

I would not recommend this place due to several reasons. Room floor is dirty, our feet were all black from walking bare footed in the house! Firstly, it is located right next to the causeway- therefore you’ll always be hearing horns from trucks and cars 24hrs no matter how high up your level is. 2nd- R&F mall is a ghost town. Nothing there, boring place. 3rd- Parking to begin with is terrible. no lots to park, as u cannot park where there’s a plate number hanged on top- you car will be clamped. Went round and round for a good 5-10mins looking for a lot. Parked at a supposedly empty lot. Next mrng to our horror, my car was clamped and out of nowhere there was an SG plate no. above. Very shady. That thing hanging can be moved sideways for someone to climb a ladder and put up a removable signage. Management gave us a picture dated 4days before saying there’s been a plate no. But can’t give me an evidence for the actual day. I even checked my car cam there was none. So be wary. Owner of the house was kind enough to help to rectify with condo management. Altogether not a great experience. Never coming again.

The unit was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Host was very responsive to attend to my queries and provided clear information for check in. Overall, we had a satisfying stay here.

Detailed instructions given by the management of the apartment (home stay) on the check in and check out process providing a seamless access to the apartment unit. The apartment unit is clean and has many facilities such as swimming pools, squash court, table tennis, children playground, etc. Food wise, just below the apartment is the R&F mall where you can find food and beverage stalls and shops. Walking distance to city square. So you can find lot of good food in this area.
