Just a little bit pricey for walk ins, but it’s reasonable if purchased online because their services were excellent from the moment i checked in into the hotel. The staffs were friendly and responsive. The room was in excellent condition. They even cleaned up our room daily without being requested. Now i know why they received quite high rates and reviews from their guests. Will surely repeat again! Sorry i forgot to take more pictures for reviews

Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza al St. Giles nella Mid Valley. Volevo provare qualcosa di diverso dai soliti hotel del centro città. Questo hotel è ideale per coloro che sono interessati allo shopping, ai ristoranti e alle attività ricreative, con un cinema convenientemente situato all'interno del centro commerciale. La mia intenzione era principalmente quella di cenare e rilassarmi. L'hotel è pulito e situato proprio all'interno del grande complesso commerciale, offrendo un concetto di soggiorno. Le camere sono leggermente più spaziose rispetto a quelle del centro città. Una differenza notevole è che non forniscono acqua in bottiglia gratuita per motivi ambientali. Tuttavia, offrono un barattolo di acqua disinfettata per la comodità degli ospiti, consentendo loro di riempirsi presso un distributore di acqua situato fuori dal piano dell'hotel. Ho semplicemente usato il bollitore per far bollire un po' d'acqua nella stanza e lasciarla raffreddare. Sono stati forniti la maggior parte dei prodotti da bagno, ad eccezione del rasoio mancante. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza piacevole e piacevole. La colazione offriva una buona varietà di cibi da gustare al 6 ° piano.

Una delle migliori parti? L'hotel è situato vicino alle principali attrazioni e aree commerciali, rendendo facile per noi esplorare Johor e sperimentare tutta la cultura e la cucina della città. In generale, il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Crystal Crown non è stato meno di piacevole! Se stai cercando un posto che combina comfort, grande servizio e meravigliose attrazioni, questo hotel è certamente il modo di andare. I made delightful conversation with fellow travelers while soaking up the sun, which eased the lonely times of solo travel. It's nice to know that in shared spaces, strangers can quickly turn into friends. The on-site dining options were simply amazing, with menus that fusion flavors of local and international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the buffet, where surprises were tasted with every bite. Pro tip: don’t miss out on dessert; the durian mousse is a singular experience not to be overlooked! While my stay wasn't without minor hiccups - some Wi-Fi connectivity issues and a brief hiccup with room service - the quick responses from the attentive staff ensured any frustration was minimal. Overall, KSL Hotel in Johor is a gem for solo travelers looking for a delightful blend of luxury, local flavor, and accessibility. I walked away not just with memories of the beautiful sights around Johor, but with a heart full of appreciation for the warm hospitality I received. Per un viaggiatore solo, questo spazio è piccolo ma abbastanza buono. Puro. Hanno asciugacapelli, tovaglioli, tovaglioli e pendenti. Acqua calda n fredda, forte doccia fissa. Molto amichevole ricevitore. Sarebbe buono fornire le mutandine. E la pigiama può essere meglio! Vicino a Nasi lemak Hantu, caffè di avvicinamento, delizia di waffle e mammalizio Kueh sono buoni!

Excellent hotel to stay in. I guess the hotel just newly renovated but the air conditioning in the room a bit old and not well maintained. The air conditioning too cold at night even though we set up 27 degrees celcius. The surface of the air conditioning was frozen. Breakfast wise very good. The quality was excellent. You will have warm croissants and warm danish pastries. Come with local dishes as well. All the staff starting from the front desk staff, the parking guard, the F&B teams was friendly. Overall stay was pretty good.

Il mio primo soggiorno a Holiday Inn JBCC. La camera è così confortevole, ma il colazione era buona, ma forse più prodotti proteici saranno grandi. Il sito è COMTAR JBCC. È così conveniente per cibo e shopping. Dovrebbe aumentare la pressione dell'acqua per la mordita di tubi in bagno.

Very suitable for families with young children. They have free shuttle at few places on scheduled timing, but more convenient to drive by car as its away from the city. Carpark is behind the front of the hotel but staff was very helpful to show us with map on how to get there in 2 minutes. Overall, the room is clean BUT there were 2-3 table tops which were sticky, we had to clean it ourselves, looks like sweet residue. There were also ants on the sink area & wall in 2 single-bedded bedroom. We are glad we had the privacy of 2 separate rooms, but we kept them opened. There is no view outside the window but we are okay with it. We still like it though as staff were very prompt, polite & helpful. We can feel the hospitality. There is a reasonable size gym with variety of equipment but no swimming pool. Maybe during checkout can remind us to let the counter tap our Touch & Go for complimentary parking, luckily there were many posters at the lobby to remind us to do so. Breakfast buffet was included, the spread is reasonable and the food was good considering its included in the room. Thumbs-up for the price which trip.com offer with my coins. Thank you Holiday Inn Express & Suites JB, we will visit again soon.

Situato a circa 10-15min passeggiata dalla piazza della città di JB, il mercato notturno è a 5 minuti a piedi. Relativamente accessibile, ma la zona intorno all'hotel è ancora in costruzione, in modo che la strada possa essere piuttosto ineguale. Good hotel worth visiting. Stayed one night, not a bad choice except it is pretty out of central area (eg KSL, city square). Take about 30mins of car ride to reach from city square. Hotel is surrounded by many food options. Durian booth nearby start at 6:30pm but we sadly missed it. Also got loklok and char kway teow at evening which is quite good too! Room is not very sound proof so can hear people walking down corridor at night. Otherwise huge room and cheap for a night stay
