room is clean. But a bit small. Nearby R&F mall and walking distance to JB sentral. Goos for overnight stay.

Clean space with great service, they even provided ear plugs due to the construction nearby which was very thoughtful. Walking distance from R&F mall, and customs. Large room space

The hotel is surrounded by construction on going and hope the soundproofing could be better. Otherwise, everything else was great. Double bed room just nice for a family for 4 .

The room had a bit of an odd layout. No fridge, this is the first time i had a room without one. The “sahur breakfast” was a waste on money. Had only a few dishes. Will not recommend.

Seems fairly new. Clean rooms. Near R&F Mall and checkpoint.

The staff is friendly. But the cleanliness is terrible…. Yellowish mattress and even have hair on it….. if you are driving and there is no parking offer also

This hotel clean and nice. 2 queen bed for 4 persons, comfortable with reasonable price, the only limitation is no provide parking. Need to park outside and pay

Very clean but the reception named sharifah is really arrogant. Got early check in when i called the reception, but sharifah arrogantly dispute our early checkin 🫤 the room is small, not worth the price. You can get better hotel room with that price. Got no parking also

The location is in the city but the access road to it is a little messy. There's few ongoing constructions work that caused it. Parking is unavailable which is the main issue for us. However, the hotel is clean and the receptionists are very friendly.

Good stay, staff friendly and professional. From check in, to check out - process all smooth. Location wise is nearby some shops, across is R&F Malls if you fancy. Walking distance of about 10mins on ground and 15mins on bridge to/from JB Sentral. Not hard to get Grab to send us back to hotel. Buffet breakfast included with our stay. Not a lot but good enough to be honest. They rotated some of the menu so it's good not to be eating the same thing daily. Won't mind staying again for the bedroom space. Really good for families.

Would been better if the hotel does have a mini fridge or such. Location is good , near to CIQ and KSL

Overall ok with the price ~ strategy location also , walk around 5-7 minutes to r&f , walk around 15-20 minutes to jb ciq. But the water pressure for my room is low, hope that it is improved when next visit.
