Hotel a 3 stelle a Johor Bahru

Just nice for us to sleep. We booked for 3 rooms and all basic amenities is there. We heard from the receptionist this hotel will shut down on February for development. Luckily we manage to at least try this hotel.

In generale, questo hotel è eccellente! La stanza è pulita e temperata, con un semplice design che comprende tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Il personale è amichevole e attento, rendendo il soggiorno caldo e accogliente. La posizione è conveniente, con molte opzioni di ristorante nelle vicinanze, rendendolo ideale per il tempo libero e per il soggiorno di business.

It all depends on you or the amount of research you do. I had a very hard time finding the place. I gave up walking and tried to find a taxi. Taxi's did not want to go there because of heavy traffic. But one driver agreed and he charged a slightly higher rate . Thats fine. I asked the hotel staff if there was an easier way to walk to the JB immigration checkpoint. He suggested using the walking bridge, and that is fantastic. My view of the hotel's location changed completely once I discovered the walking bridge. And because of this reason, I'd happy stay there again in future. When you get out of JB immigration checkpoint, find the walking bridge that connects to F&B Plaza. Just before turning right into the plaza, go straight, walk down the stairs, walk straight ahead for a few metres, turn left and turn right just after the restaurant. The hotel will be on your left.

A cheap and clean hotel, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. Not far to Johor Bahru city center and Sultanah Aminah Hospital. Restaurants are also plentiful in this area including a 24-hour convenience store. To get to Larkin Public Transport Terminal and Urban Forest Recreation Center is also close. The room price is also reasonable and stay here once

The check -in was regular and un eventful, but not very informed as to what we were getting for a room. We made our booking on booking.com however th room 208 that we walked into after check- in was nothing like the visual we saw online when we booked the room. The image online was a bright carpeted room with a large window, a queen sized bed with white clean linen. Room 208 was dark, had no windows, the phone did not work and there was a big patch of mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had to go back down to the front desk as the phone was not working so could not call down. Once at the front desk, I explained that the room we booked had a window, and we need to have a window. There was no apology for trying to put us in a room with no windows. The front desk lady explained that the only other room still available with a window has 2 beds not the one bed we booked. We did not have a choice, so we accepted the room with 2 beds. It was pass check in time, so there was not much rooms to offer. We were happy that we were able to get a new room available. Room 103, was better there was a window, but no carpet, room was one of 2 connection rooms, bathroom was clear of mold on the ceiling and good that the phone works and there was a bidet in the toilet and a rain shower too. We watched some CNA news in the afternoon but once we returned to the room at 10pm, there was no sound on the cna channel. We called down and were told it's the channel issue, I explained that there must be another channel in English not just CNA. We were told engineering has gone back for the day and will be back in the morning. I insisted and the lady informed that someone will come after 11pm to help, I said okay. The gentleman that came after 11pm, was helpful, he tuned channel 5, so that we could watch it and explained that cna is not working as its the channel issue. This was the best service provided to us on this visit.

Booked deluxe room.. for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Room are ok.. but 1 of the room toilet need to climb to access you can see in the picture 2 and 3.. tv was down for 1 of the room as they had black out in the apartment. The windows are small. No lift access so if your room is located in level 3 .. need to climb up the stairs. The only thing i would say good is the hot water pressure during bath.

Viaggia di famiglia con un toddler. L'hotel è vicino a 3 grandi negozi e la sua posizione è lontana dal rumore e completamente pulito. Il personale era pronto e gentile! L'iscrizione e l'uscita erano lisci. Decente strutture in camera con bidet spray che è grande! La vista della piscina e la colazione sono stati molto buoni. Inoltre, hanno sedie all'ascensore per gli ospiti di sedere in attesa dell'ascensore! Controllali!

Almost perfect! The room is clean and comfortable. Great amenities and good and easy to find location. The only imperfection is the room’s sound proof is terrible. The whole night I was hearing my neighbour talking in mainland Chinese even can hear the conversation and everything. It was annoying.

Per un soggiorno conveniente, è un ottimo hotel. Oltre a questo, l'hotel è piuttosto fondamentale per essere onesti. Le immagini attese per distruggere un quadro esatto ma come ho detto, non si può aspettare molto da un hotel 3 stelle. Servizio cliente e risposte di email sono state veloce. & ci hanno aiutato a salvare le caselle di oggetti.

Purtroppo non ci sono custoditi dopo le 10 o le 11:00 . Un altro feedback è l'ubicazione dell'hotel che è chiuso n buio e intorno a un angolo. Se la luce del traffico può essere installata prima di una curva, incoraggiare i conducenti a rallentare sarebbe più sicuro per tutti i passeggeri che attraversano la strada
