Very bad experience from this hotel specially room toilet shower was broken as I open shower it fell on me thanks I not got any injury or blood on my head I can sue or call police if I got hurt on my head with shower two times I call reception for repair nobody came then again call 3 time boy came it's really very very shocked I got save from head injury I need my refund from this hotel kindly refund the amount I already again don't want to book kindly refund amount as soon as possible not half full amount

Abbiamo soggiornato nel Deluxe Twin con vista sul mare L6 (recentemente ristrutturato), la stanza era molto spaziosa n molto pulita. I mobili erano nuovi e la stanza era stata recentemente ridipinta, con un forte odore di pittura. Il sistema di spruzzatura del bagno non funzionava bene, poiché il flusso d’acqua era debole n lentamente. Tuttavia, la vista sul mare durante il tramonto era bella. L’atteggiamento del ricevitore durante il check-in non era né amichevole né professionale. Il colazione era medio e potreste essere delusi se avete grandi aspettative. In generale, il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel era ok.

The room is very clean and spacious. Check in and out was fast and easy with the friendly staffs! The only thing I will suggest is to change the curtain railing, because the curtains can't cover up completely and the sunlight will shine in. Nevertheless, will still stay here for my next trip!

great place and swimming pool, my family and i had so much fun. we spent 2 night there with 3 bedroom. the bedroom is hugeee! the breakfast is good with a lot of variety.

The hotel has a great location—just across from KSL City Mall and surrounded by lots of good food. There are a few restaurants right downstairs too, very convenient! The room was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and polite. There’s also a sky bar with an amazing night view. Perfect for food lovers and a relaxing stay.

Everything is good….. Hotel did managed to secure us a room we requested.For the price paid it meets our expectations.Pool was great for kids too… Connections for television needs improvement.But its a lot better.Last time it used to be grainy.Now we can watch youtube only Wifi is slow so hang alot. Thank you V8….

Questa sarà la nostra settesima permanenza qui a Amari, Johor Bahru Hotel, perché abbiamo semplicemente perso il spettacolare grande colazione e strutture molto dal nostro cuore. Abbiamo fatto un 3 Days 2 Nights. Come di solito, il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole. Per questa volta ho prenotato una camera Deluxe, che è un po' più spaziosa della camera Superiore per più movimento di stanza per le gambe e abbiamo sfruttato l'atmosfera. Tutto era bene, tranne la TV che ci ha dato qualche problema. Uno dei tecnici, Hafiz, è venuto a riparare la TV. Nel contempo ha aiutato anche a sostituire la luce del letto e il soffitto della luce del soffitto. Era molto professionale. In generale, abbiamo goduto del nostro soggiorno completamente felice senza lamentele. E saremo certamente di nuovo in vacanza breve. Grazie per averci ancora. Fino a quel momento.

The staff are friendly and helpful, though the hotel is located far from the shopping mall, making it difficult to walk to from ICQ. The surrounding area is quite dark at night. Breakfast is average with limited choices, but it’s a decent option for Singaporeans looking for a place to stay, especially when traffic to the immigration is heavy.

Overall, the location is great and the bed is comfortable. However, the hotel room could be improved, especially the hand wash sink, which could be larger or have adjustable water pressure. The room could also be brighter. Nearby have a lot of nice cafes and eateries.

All good just that suite room is kinda small in size, but the living room is very spacious and toilet bowl has no leg space because the glass door for shower room is exactly next to the toilet bowl. maybe can make room bigger and reduce the size of living room and definitely leg space at toilet bowl area needs to be enlarged or replanned. The buffet spread was super delicious and variety of spread. Each n every one of the staff at different department was absolutely friendly, helpful and well mannered! Thumbs up to all and the excellent service provided.
