Il mio recente soggiorno all'Hotel Pullman è stata una piacevole esperienza in generale. L'hotel è piuttosto decente, anche se è chiaro che è in servizio da molti anni. Alcuni elementi della stanza mostravano segni di indossamento e lacrime. La stanza era confortevole e funzionale, fornendo tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. Quello che mi è stato detto durante la mia visita era il servizio eccezionale del personale, che era incredibilmente utile, e si è spinto sopra e oltre per soddisfare le mie richieste. It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM –5 PM). Mentre questo era leggermente notabile, non mi ha disturbato significativamente, poiché il lavoro era limitato a ore ragionevoli. In generale, sono felice del mio tempo all'Hotel Pullman. La combinazione di comodi alloggi, servizio eccellente e la promessa di rinovazioni in arrivo mi lascia ottimistica sul futuro dell'hotel. Non ho dubbi che una volta completate le riparazioni, il Pullman brillerà ancora più chiaramente e continuerà a fornire un'ottima esperienza ai suoi ospiti. Continua a lavorare bene, squadra Pullman, il tuo dedizione al miglioramento e la soddisfazione degli ospiti è davvero lodevole!

Il mio recente soggiorno all'Hilton Hotel Kuching è stato caratterizzato dalla sua posizione eccezionale e da alcune caratteristiche degne di nota. Innanzitutto, la posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino al lungomare e a pochi passi da varie attrazioni, tra cui ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e i famosi outlet ”kek lapis Sarawak”, ha migliorato notevolmente il mio soggiorno. Questa comodità è stata sicuramente un vantaggio. Al mio arrivo alle 16:00, ho riscontrato un piccolo inconveniente poiché l'hotel era al completo e non c'erano camere disponibili per il check-in. Tuttavia, il cortese personale della reception ha prontamente risolto il problema. Hanno gentilmente richiesto una breve attesa mentre veniva preparata una stanza per me, e durante questo periodo mi è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto al bar della hall. La lobby stessa emanava un'atmosfera piacevole con un'ampia illuminazione. Alla fine ho fatto il check-in intorno alle 17:30. La stanza che alla fine occupai era deliziosa, offriva pulizia e ordine. Sembrava essere stato rinnovato di recente, poiché c'era un leggero odore di vernice. Un suggerimento per l'hotel potrebbe essere quello di introdurre fragranze piacevoli per gli ambienti per alleviare questo problema. La camera offriva una vista pittoresca sul fiume Sarawak, migliorando la mia esperienza. Anche il bagno era pulito e soddisfacente. Le opzioni per la colazione in hotel erano abbondanti, anche se ho notato una ripetizione nel menu durante il mio soggiorno di 4 giorni. L'ultimo giorno del mio soggiorno, ho deciso di fare colazione in un kopitiam vicino a causa di questa ripetizione. Spero che l'hotel possa introdurre più varietà nella scelta della colazione. Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni aspetti negativi del mio soggiorno. L'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione, pertanto la disponibilità delle camere era limitata. Inoltre, la palestra era un po' più piccola e durante il mio soggiorno non c'era la sauna a causa dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Inoltre, solo due ascensori erano operativi per gli ospiti, il che a volte causava ritardi. Nonostante questi piccoli inconvenienti, l'Hilton Hotel Kuching offre una posizione fantastica, camere confortevoli e un personale cortese. Menzioni speciali vanno ai membri del personale della reception Petros e Ivan, che sono stati gentili, e Liz, che è stata particolarmente disponibile e calorosa durante il servizio di colazione.

Good hotel, warm welcome from the reception staff, checked in around 11pm, with warm smiles and greetings, professional command of english from the lady. The lobby looks good, with the calming music. But up to the floor, cigarette smells also welcoming you, when lift door opened, still need to control and charge penalty to those smokers smoke inside the room. The bathroom area was in 5-10% brightness near dark, the room lightings also not bright and relax enough, the furnitures are quite run down already, suggest to renovate the lights and the room facilities. The greetings and hospitality tip top, facilities to be improved. Overall good one night stay for business traveller. Keep up the good work.

Location is abit far from the main town, if you drive that’s ok.  Parking lots just infront the hotel that’s secure.  We stayed three nights in this hotel, from the second day the toilet was smelly.

Ottimo luogo. Puoi raggiungere il fronte idrico, vecchie strade a piedi. Carichi di buone opzioni alimentari. La casa di fronte, la custodia, tutti saluti gli ospiti con un sorriso.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. They also provide airport shuttle for free.We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay😃

Cozy and Convenient Stay! I had a good stay here. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. There’s also a daily shuttle to the waterfront area, just be aware it runs on a fixed schedule and needs to be booked in advance. The food was tasty, but since I stayed for 5 days, I do wish the menu changed a bit more. By the fifth day, I was already a bit bored with the same options. The hotel itself is huge and very clean. The waterfront is only about 15 minutes away (depending on traffic), and Grab rides are easy to get and affordable. Overall, it was a very cozy and relaxing stay. Great for those who prefer a quieter, less crowded location. Oh, and I booked a twin bed, but the beds were big enough that two people could easily sleep on one! Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Front desk staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Nice and spacious bathroom with plenty of clean towels and amenities. Breakfast buffet spread was nice and varied. The curries available were all delicious and the roti jalal was a huge hit! Must try!

Ho soggiornato in un hotel proprio di fronte alla famosa Statua del Gatto a Kuching e, nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza discreta. La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte: tutto è raggiungibile a piedi e c'è persino un servizio di sampan proprio dietro l'hotel, il che lo ha reso davvero comodo per esplorare la zona. La camera in sé era discreta. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene, forse un po' troppo bene, visto che a volte faceva freddissimo. Il letto era un po' duro, non proprio il massimo per i miei gusti. Il bagno sembrava un po' datato, con vasca inclusa, ma onestamente avrei preferito una doccia e una vasca separate. Tuttavia, un aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è l'accappatoio: era troppo sottile. La colazione era discreta, soprattutto perché servivano specialità locali come il Sarawak Laksa e il Kolo Mee. In breve, ottima posizione, colazione decente, ma il comfort della camera potrebbe essere migliore. Perfetto per un breve soggiorno se si desidera raggiungere facilmente i luoghi di interesse turistico.

I’m really happy with my stay here. The hotel staff were kind enough to allow me to check in early, which I really appreciated after a long journey. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the whole experience very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared upon arrival. I also enjoyed the breakfast—there was a good variety of options, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty. The dining area was clean and well-organized, adding to the overall positive impression. Overall, it's been a great experience so far, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others.
