I opted for Riverside Majestic Astana Wing as my quarantine stay. From the moment I was picked up to the stay itself, the service has been great. I am currently still staying in my Deluxe King room on the 15th floor (the bed is super comfortable!). By all account, select the river view room. Each even the sky turns into a magical hue of oranges, the most beautiful sunset. A stay would not be great if not for the service. I would like to call out Amos Chong who checked me in upon arrival. His customer service is personable and with lots of attention to detail. He has the ability to make you feel like as if you're a returning VIP even if its just your first stay. Kudos also goes out to Ivy from the restaurant. Each morning she greets with such delight and would address me by name. She's definitely a ray of sunshine. I cant wait to meet her once I get out of quarantine. I definitely would be back and would recommend friends to stay here. For the two excellent staff, Amos and Ivy, I hope you get recognize for the 5 star hospitality you show.

The room is too basic and not like any other 5 stars hotel to compare. Toilet and bathroom- you can see the shadow of the person who use it. Not for family or friends to stay together. Aircond not cold eventho its 2hp in the room. Im sweating will sleeping. Maybe because of the hot weather. No TV for Balcony room. From my room (Entelo). The view cant really see the sea because of the branches from the decor tree. If you can trim abit. Staff so warm and friendly. Service so fast. View is spetacular. Pool nice and i really love the view. Food average. Hoping you can provides more choices of foods.

During check in it coincided with a big group. Nobody manages the queue and my ageing parents had to wait for everyone else to check in first before our turn. The receptionist did not specify the floor where my parents, only found out later they put us at different floors, and refused to change room to the same floor for us. We're staying for 4 nights. Staff attitude is bad. Had to validate room keys everyday (receptionist never told us) and the key can only access to the room floor so created a lot of inconvenience to us. Not to mention the lift broke down on the first day with someone trapped inside and the hotel staff didn't seem to have any sense or urgency to resolve the issue. Terrible hotel with terrible front desk. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

A service that you wouldn’t be able to imagine. This apartment would be the last resort you would want to choose in Kuching. If it wasn’t because of imperial hotel that was fully book during my time of stay i wouldn’t be choosing this apartment ever and also because due to my lack of research of other hotels as well I was actually looking for a hotel with swimming pool for kids to enjoy and spend their time with. Other hotel was way too expensive for only 2 nights stay.. However, this complaint is truly just on their service provided. Not on the facilities.. It is fully because they have the worst real estate agent to manage these service apartments. LUCO VISION SDN BHD (agent name: Lily).. First asking for RM200 deposit which I totally understand but later ask for RM30.80 “Service Charged” even after I fully paid my fee through Agoda. When I ask for explanation on what kind of service charged is charge, but they couldn’t explain further none other than just mentioning “this is management T&C”. Thereafter I call Agoda for further explanation on this service charged and it come to my surprised that even Agoda were not aware of such servicing fee being charged on client. How funny is that? Later then the agent say i must pay no matter what if i wish to continue my stay, i mean i have already fully paid to Agoda on my stay of RM494.60. And so called service fee that is chargeable, they can’t even explain it. By the way if you are curious why m i so furious on this service charged is because they can’t even give a brief explanation to what service charge m i paying, everything here is self check in and they have laundry machine in the apartment but it was lock because i have to pay extra to use it and worst still there’s no drinking water provided. Least of it, when i complaint to them through WhatsApp and demanded to have a number to call, agent refused to give a number. Stating that i can only contact them through WhatsApp. What kind of service is that?? I can’t even ask for a number or have a person to talk about on this issue?? So yeah, not to even mention when i ask for early check in of 30 minutes and they say it is also chargeable at an amount of RM150.00.. in addition to that there’s literally no front desk at the lobby and we can’t even go anywhere else because our luggage would eventually be unattended.. everything here is charges charges charges.. I really don’t like wasting my time giving complaint through online platform but this kind of service from these real estate agent or so called properties agent really giving me difficult sleeping time and future guest should deserve to know this kind of service from these people. I am not the only person giving complaint on Imperial Apartment already. I have live apartment at Penang and other places, their services was way more better than i could better explain in words.

Voglio condividere l'esperienza di mio fratello di rimanere in questo hotel con altri. Quando arrivato all'hotel, nessuno era presente per assistere il bagaglio, ma è accettabile, dato che l'hotel era probabilmente scarso nel personale o a causa di misure di sicurezza cosiddette. I corridoi verso la stanza dell'hotel erano molto bui e le pareti lungo il percorso erano chiudere (supponiamo che non si fosse effettuata alcuna manutenzione all'hotel), all'ingresso nella stanza dell'hotel, un forte odore di sigaretta coperto l'intera stanza Bagno era sporco, la stanza era ovviamente sporca, Non si puliva bene prima, le tole erano sporche, le lastre erano sporche, il coni d’aria in camera era in fuga e si può anche profumare qualcuno che fumava in camera accanto a voi! Quando il ricevitore ha chiesto di lamentarsi invece di mandare il personale di manutenzione, ha chiesto di spostare l'aria condizionata per pochi minuti prima di spostarlo di nuovo. Ho solo una domanda: non dovrebbe un hotel che è elencato come centro di quarantena privilegiare la pulizia? Abbiamo pubblicato un commento sulla loro pagina Facebook su questi temi, invece di migliorare i loro servizi, hanno mandato il loro personale nella stanza di mio fratello e gli hanno minacciato di cancellare il commento su Facebook. È questo il modo in cui gestisce un hotel? Amenazzare gli ospiti dell'hotel per lasciare un commento negativo?

L'hotel è ben situato, si trova rapidamente al Waterfront e nei vicini diretti ci sono anche buone possibilità di andare a mangiare. Le camere sono un po' asciugate, ma abbiamo già visto peggio. La colazione era buona e sufficiente (uova da tavola, tosta, frutta, ...). Il personale era molto gentile e utile. Una cassaforte è disponibile alla reception.

Location’s good. The hotel resides above a slightly run down mall— there is a pizzeria and a cafe. There is a well-stocked supermarket just outside ground floor’s lift that closes at around 9pm. There’s also a shopping mall at the opposite of the hotel. Apartment is well-lighted. There’s ample windows for sunlight to shine through in the day. At night, with the warm lamps the apartment feels cozy. Pantry includes light utensils. The sink and refrigerator is big enough. A kettle and a jug was provided but the jug seemed dirty. The shower floor was slimy/oily and we had to wait until the next day for housekeeping. Housekeepers were polite. I did not like my check-in experience; the staff that checked us in took his time in settling his affairs while we stood there waiting for him. Parking costs were also not conveyed properly by another staff— we were only partially informed about parking, which is only free if you park in the basement. The lady that checked us out were pleasant. Overall— good location, cleanliness can be better and service should be improved. For this price point the stay was satisfactory.

Booked a suite and it was huge but space not utilised properly and had odd corners and mismatched (ugly/dated, more like). Alot of dust on overhead shelves so if you flick dustballs scatter and fall like large snowflakes only they are grey and fuzzy. carpet was so stained i automatically uttered: omg somebody was murdered here when i entered and got scolding from family. But for the pricepoint, there really shouldnt be complaints. it is quite cheap - even considering kuching prices. oh the kitchen was dark but the fact that there even was a kitchen at this price shd be a huge consolation - even if the freezer was mouldy and there was a layer of water collecting. But other than these physical attributes, service was pretty good. counter staff were polite and accommodating. no breakfast included in price but it is very cheap. even that we didnt have bfast there cos the restaurant looked a bit sad with no customers eating there. Location-wise - its convenient, near shopping mall and the new pedestrian bridge over kuching river. and just a short distance from the river promenade. Oh, stayed during the mooncake festival fiesta which was located within walking distance - 2 blocks down road so was a very convenient stay. Beds were comfortable and surprisingly clean so that's all that mattered at the end of the day. We were comfortable after all said.

Il più importante è che hanno il filtro dell'acqua (Cuckoo) dove si può ottenere un caldo, freddo o acqua temperatura ambiente per riempire le vostre bottiglie. La mia suggerimento, prendere i livelli superiori, meglio per evitare il pavimento. Le persone che hanno fatto recensioni passate si lamentano del pavimento di legno, dove si può sentire la gente camminare sul corridoio, ma, devo dirvi, questa occasione mi ricordava le lunghe case originali di legno. Cerca di non fermarsi sul pavimento, camminare dolcemente come hanno fatto i nativi. Divertitevi e sperimentatela autenticamente. Tornerò certamente di nuovo, e consiglierei molto a amici e famiglia di rimanere qui.

Il più importante è che hanno il filtro dell'acqua (Cuckoo) dove si può ottenere un caldo, freddo o acqua temperatura ambiente per riempire le vostre bottiglie. La mia suggerimento, prendere i livelli superiori, meglio per evitare il pavimento. Le persone che hanno fatto recensioni passate si lamentano del pavimento di legno, dove si può sentire la gente camminare sul corridoio, ma, devo dirvi, questa occasione mi ricordava le lunghe case originali di legno. Cerca di non fermarsi sul pavimento, camminare dolcemente come hanno fatto i nativi. Divertitevi e sperimentatela autenticamente. Tornerò certamente di nuovo, e consiglierei molto a amici e famiglia di rimanere qui.

Booked 3 Room for 2nights. Family trip . The pillow smells damp. Fire alarm rang for at least 10 mins at 8am next day morning, not once but twice. It's very annoying. Evening time , we went out for lunch. When we back to our room, the key card is not working, for all the room. Waited long time for them to pass us the new key. When finally the staff pass us the new key , I told the staff to bring over a trolley as our holiday mode is affected so we decided to check out. Waited another 15 mins and the trolley is not there. I went to the reception to check and the staff replied : ”Ohh u want to check out ? But from the system check out will be tomorrow ”. exactly the same staff that passed us the key and I told him to bring us trolley earlier . Bad experience for this hotel .

Hotel ne mmg x salah pilih sbb teramat sesuai untuk berehat selepas penat hiking. 🛖Hotel -terletak di kampung santubong, jalan pantai puteri -check in pada 11 march 2022 -booking di trip.com rm328 with breakfast dan dinner -hotel ne dah 15tahun beroperasi -kami sampai dalam pukul 4pm, waktu sampai pintu pagar tertutup sunyi sepi agak confius betul ka x location ne 😅, try hon terus autogate terbuka dan disambut oleh staff yg sgt peramah. -entrance pintu mcm bali mmg dah dpt 1st impression hotel ne best dgn view gunung santubong mmg kacak sgt -proses check in cepat, diberi penerangan time check out pukul 11am, dinner kena pilih menu dan time nak mkn melalui application goggle web. Pintu pagar akan ditutup pukul 10pm, so parking kereta kat luar la, tapi ada pintu kecil masuk ke dlm hotel. -kanak2 di bawah umur 12 tahun tidak dibenarkan stay disini. -kat sini ada bilik jenis dorm dan lebih murah untuk jenis backpackers 🛖Bilik -semua bilik di tingkat atas, so kena hiking lagi naik tangga, dah la kaki dah keras naik gunung santubong 😂. -kasut tidak dibenarkan dibawa masuk ke bilik, kena letak di luar 😀 -makanan pun x dibenarkan mkn dlm bilik.
