SS L TangSono rimasto a Sheraton Kuching per tre notti durante la vacanza di Raya. In generale, abbiamo avuto una piacevole e confortevole esperienza. L'hotel è nuovo, moderno e ben mantenuto, e la qualità del servizio generale è stata buona. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita, ma abbiamo incontrato una piccola questione con la doccia. Il pulsante di selezione per la testa della doccia era bloccato, quindi non potevamo passare alla opzione di manutenzione. Sembrava qualcosa che la manutenzione avrebbe potuto essere ignorata, o forse gli ospiti precedenti non l'hanno segnalato. Tuttavia, il colazione era leggermente inferiore alle aspettative per un hotel di questo standard. Mentre la diffusione era adeguata, la varietà e l’esecuzione complessiva potrebbero essere migliorate per corrispondere il marchio e gli altri standard elevati dell’hotel. Nonostante queste piccole carenze, siamo stati ancora felici del nostro soggiorno e apprezzare il comfort e la comodità offerti dall'hotel. Con alcuni miglioramenti soprattutto per la colazione e la manutenzione della camera. Continuiamo a considerare uno dei migliori soggiorni a Kuching.

UUtente ospitePer questo punto di prezzo buona affidamento . Hotel pulito. Hotel recentemente ristrutturato. Parcheggio auto fornito. Parcheggio auto di base è stretto. Non per il grande suv. Per la seda è ok. Parcheggio auto a bordo disponibile. Certamente non dedicato perché altri ospiti dell'hotel non si preoccupano del numero di piastra. 5 minuti a piedi fino a 24 ore lavanderia. Desk front è buono. Maggiore importanza il lassa di colazione è sorprendentemente buono. Userò questo hotel di nuovo sul mio prossimo viaggio Kuching

1. The water temperature is not stable. You'll get warm/hot water for a solid 5 min then it’ll be cold.
2. My room had a window in the toilet where the sun shines through so bright early in the morning, should add in a blind or something there to block them.
Breakfast was okay but for the prices of the rooms, could be improve a lot more.
Other than that my experience was great. Extended my stay up till 3pm and that cost MYR200 just to get a bit more rest. Would recommend for the comfy bed but get breakfast elsewhere for sure.

MmkastilyodeleonAbbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Anche se mi aspettavo che si potesse andare in spiaggia, ma non è possibile nuotare. La manutenzione esterna potrebbe essere migliorata, soprattutto la piscina e l'area piscina necessitano di una ristrutturazione. Sedie e lettini non sono curati. Gli asciugamani sono lì e vengono bagnati dalla pioggia. Le camere erano belle, anche se c'è stato un piccolo problema con l'aria condizionata, ma lo hanno risolto immediatamente. Abbiamo adorato il cibo. Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era delizioso. Complimenti allo chef e al personale del ristorante.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel ha un aspetto estetico, incluso all'interno delle camere. Tuttavia, le matite e le mutandine non sono il più ideale; la matite è il tipo normale di primavera, che non ha fornito molto sostegno, e le mutandine sono il tipo di microfibra (ho avuto dolore al collo dopo una notte di sonno su uno).
Le camere della regina si trovano tutti in direzione della luce del traffico, che era un pessimo incubo per un sonnoletto leggero. Le finestre della stanza non hanno fornito alcuna prova sonora, quindi non ho dormito fino a 1-2am la prima notte a causa della costante riavvio delle moto da parte di auto dall'intorno alla giunzione alla luce del traffico (che potrebbe essere sentito poche volte in appena 1 min).
Il servizio del personale si è rivelato al primo posto, poiché hanno partecipato al mio reclamo sul rumore e mi hanno dato un cambio di stanza al lato più tranquillo dell'edificio.
La colazione era buona, con un menu principale completamente diverso sul buffet durante i due giorni che ero li', e deliziosa anche.

SsuekNot aware that pullman was having some renovation and we need to take staircase to level 2 and get the lift to our room.
Also next day after cleaner done the room service noticed she pressed the toilet bowl flush button too hard and never bounced back caused water kept flushing nonstop. Lucky I have returned to hotel room as, forgot to take something and tried to pull that flush button up. I I felt still have room for improvement for quality or cleaner.
Overall the counter staffs and others are very friendly and helpful too.
Good location of this hotel and look forward again to stay hopefully the renovation done.

UUtente ospiteTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts.
You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in.
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas.
The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room.
The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them.
I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

EESTHER ODEL⭐ Review: Riverbank Suites Unit 408, Kuching, Sarawak
I recently stayed at Riverbank Suites Unit 408 in Kuching, Sarawak, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The location is one of the major highlights — right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the Kuching Waterfront, local eateries, and popular attractions like Carpenter Street and the Main Bazaar. This made exploring the city on foot very easy and convenient.
The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a balcony offering scenic views of the Sarawak River. It is ideal for families, couples, or longer stays.
Cleanliness was good, and the basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and air-conditioning were provided. However, the air-conditioning in Room 2 was leaking, so we did not use it throughout our stay. As a result, the room felt slightly warm during sleep.
One of the highlights of the unit is the balcony view, especially in the evening, which creates a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the river and city lights. Facilities such as the swimming pool and parking were also appreciated.
Overall, Riverbank Suites Unit 408 is a well-located and comfortable accommodation with great views. With minor maintenance improvements, it would be an even better place to stay in Kuching.
