I opted for Riverside Majestic Astana Wing as my quarantine stay. From the moment I was picked up to the stay itself, the service has been great. I am currently still staying in my Deluxe King room on the 15th floor (the bed is super comfortable!). By all account, select the river view room. Each even the sky turns into a magical hue of oranges, the most beautiful sunset. A stay would not be great if not for the service. I would like to call out Amos Chong who checked me in upon arrival. His customer service is personable and with lots of attention to detail. He has the ability to make you feel like as if you're a returning VIP even if its just your first stay. Kudos also goes out to Ivy from the restaurant. Each morning she greets with such delight and would address me by name. She's definitely a ray of sunshine. I cant wait to meet her once I get out of quarantine. I definitely would be back and would recommend friends to stay here. For the two excellent staff, Amos and Ivy, I hope you get recognize for the 5 star hospitality you show.

Nuovo hotel a Kuching, ultima aggiunta. Bella architettura edilizia, l'esistenza di Sheraton ha reso la città di Kuching stupenda di notte. Ero all'hotel per un incontro di squadra di fine settimana fuori. Tutto il feedback che ho ricevuto dai nostri colleghi della Malaysia occidentale - il personale era caldo e amichevole; il cibo era bello, solo il feedback - il caffè servito dalla macchina diventa troppo freddo, probabilmente a causa del freddo aria condizionata. Spero che questo hotel migliorerà ulteriormente i loro servizi e rimarrà al primo posto!

The superior room with city view is comfortable and cosy with a spacious work zone. The in-room wired internet access is indeed convenient for business travellers. There's a sofa and a coffee table with a big LCD TV that you can unwind and entertain yourself. The only shortcoming probably is the toiletries amenities provided pretty limited. Only two pieces of soap were provided for the superior room. My room comes with a buffet breakfast but I overslept and missed it. The room pictures that I posted is a junior suite room from my previous stay which is double the size of a superior room with a separate living and dining area. The hotel used to serve very tasty Nasi Lemak but sadly to say that it's no longer the same anymore after a few decades.

Looks 4 stars from outside and the lobby but the rooms do need an overhaul and thorough wipe-down. Booked a suite and it was huge but space not utilised properly and had odd corners and mismatched (ugly/dated, more like). Alot of dust on overhead shelves so if you flick dustballs scatter and fall like large snowflakes only they are grey and fuzzy. carpet was so stained i automatically uttered: omg somebody was murdered here when i entered and got scolding from family. But for the pricepoint, there really shouldnt be complaints. it is quite cheap - even considering kuching prices. oh the kitchen was dark but the fact that there even was a kitchen at this price shd be a huge consolation - even if the freezer was mouldy and there was a layer of water collecting. But other than these physical attributes, service was pretty good. counter staff were polite and accommodating. no breakfast included in price but it is very cheap. even that we didnt have bfast there cos the restaurant looked a bit sad with no customers eating there. Location-wise - its convenient, near shopping mall and the new pedestrian bridge over kuching river. and just a short distance from the river promenade. Oh, stayed during the mooncake festival fiesta which was located within walking distance - 2 blocks down road so was a very convenient stay. Beds were comfortable and surprisingly clean so that's all that mattered at the end of the day. We were comfortable after all said.

Voglio condividere l'esperienza di mio fratello di rimanere in questo hotel con altri. Quando arrivato all'hotel, nessuno era presente per assistere il bagaglio, ma è accettabile, dato che l'hotel era probabilmente scarso nel personale o a causa di misure di sicurezza cosiddette. I corridoi verso la stanza dell'hotel erano molto bui e le pareti lungo il percorso erano chiudere (supponiamo che non si fosse effettuata alcuna manutenzione all'hotel), all'ingresso nella stanza dell'hotel, un forte odore di sigaretta coperto l'intera stanza Bagno era sporco, la stanza era ovviamente sporca, Non si puliva bene prima, le tole erano sporche, le lastre erano sporche, il coni d’aria in camera era in fuga e si può anche profumare qualcuno che fumava in camera accanto a voi! Quando il ricevitore ha chiesto di lamentarsi invece di mandare il personale di manutenzione, ha chiesto di spostare l'aria condizionata per pochi minuti prima di spostarlo di nuovo. Ho solo una domanda: non dovrebbe un hotel che è elencato come centro di quarantena privilegiare la pulizia? Abbiamo pubblicato un commento sulla loro pagina Facebook su questi temi, invece di migliorare i loro servizi, hanno mandato il loro personale nella stanza di mio fratello e gli hanno minacciato di cancellare il commento su Facebook. È questo il modo in cui gestisce un hotel? Amenazzare gli ospiti dell'hotel per lasciare un commento negativo?

Dormitore di base con fan. Non mi sentivo bisogno di A/C. Questo posto sembra essere a lungo per il soggiorno, quindi manca di ostello vibe. Prepari per la mancanza di wifi. I bagni e i bagni sono condivisi e potrebbe essere più pulito. C'è una cucina funzionante, ma non ho avuto la possibilità di usarla. La posizione è a pochi passi dal fronte d'acqua. Colazione: si pio scegliere a la carta un piatto, buono. Colazione completata da un buffet purtroppo scadente, succo arancia in polverina. Frutta inesistente, solo banane, povero!

La prima notte ci hanno messo in una stanza non finestrata al piano terra che dava su una parte dell’hotel, che loro chiamano garden ma é chiuso. Il Nest di Hornbill è una gemma nascosta del Centro di Kuching City. È altamente raccomandato per coloro che vogliono mantenere un basso bilancio, ma avere un soggiorno molto confortevole, vicino ai luoghi di interesse di Kuching (ad esempio: Borneo Culture Museum, The Ranee Museum, Fort Margherita, Plaza Merdeka, The Waterfront, Main Bazaar, La materna era di alta qualità, dove si sposta e non si sveglia la persona che dorme accanto a voi. Una toletta molto pulita, vista la cattedrale di San Thomas, un riscaldatore d'acqua con un sacco di shampoo e doccia per i viaggiatori. Il secchiere capelli è di alta qualità in sala da pranzo.May, la signora della receptionist è sempre molto utile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Il più importante è che hanno il filtro dell'acqua (Cuckoo) dove si può ottenere un caldo, freddo o acqua temperatura ambiente per riempire le vostre bottiglie. La mia suggerimento, prendere i livelli superiori, meglio per evitare il pavimento. Le persone che hanno fatto recensioni passate si lamentano del pavimento di legno, dove si può sentire la gente camminare sul corridoio, ma, devo dirvi, questa occasione mi ricordava le lunghe case originali di legno. Cerca di non fermarsi sul pavimento, camminare dolcemente come hanno fatto i nativi. Divertitevi e sperimentatela autenticamente. Tornerò certamente di nuovo, e consiglierei molto a amici e famiglia di rimanere qui.
