Bus stop for Chiayi City Bus (FOC with iPASS or Easy Card) is just downstairs of hotel or outside TRA station for opposite direction.
Hotel occupies level 11 - 15. Good view across TRA station (see photos).
Others: Free Parking for Guest but with height limit of 1.7m for cars.

Need to sign addition acknowledgement form of no-smoking in room but room had cigarette smell when entered.
Room was small. Stains are visible in bathtub and on shower curtains. Toilet bowl was choked but staff helped to exchange room immediately.
Bed was HARD and pillows are soft.
No photos of room taken due to late check-in and change of room due to choked toilet.

Booked the Classic Triple Room, room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel also allowed us to store our luggage with them overnight, even after checkout, as we wanted to go up Alishan with lighter luggage. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. There was also a 火鸡肉饭店 nearby that was very yummy. Would stay here again if I were to visit Chiayi again.

15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Chaiyi. 10 minuti a piedi dal vicino mercato notturno di Wenhua Road. Di fronte a un centro commerciale e abbastanza vicino anche ad alcuni luoghi turistici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera è spaziosa con ciò di cui hai bisogno. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza.

I spent two nights there.
The location is good as there are quite a few restaurants around, and it's around 20 minutes' walk from the train station.
The staff were generally polite, though they spoke little English.
The facilities were just OK, and not that clean as the carpets were quite stained in certain areas.
I would recommend for a short stay only.

Il personale del servizio frontale era amichevole e carino, ma quando siamo arrivati alle 1:00, abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 3:00 per entrare, perché non era consentito l’ingresso precoce, che era un po’ deludente. La lavastoviglie aveva un odore sgradevole, probabilmente a causa del sistema di drenaggio, ma avevano fornito con pensiero un freschiatore d’aria. La camera da bagno tripla era un po’ piccola, probabilmente a causa del design, e mancava spazio per appendere i vestiti. La posizione è molto conveniente, a circa 10–15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Chiayi. Una delle migliori parti del soggiorno era il servizio di deposito bagagli dal momento che andavamo a Alishan il giorno dopo, potevamo lasciare le nostre valigie all'hotel per tutta la notte e raccoglierle quando siamo tornati. Inoltre, il vicino ristorante che serve la zuppa di carne Chiayi è davvero un grande merita un tentativo!

Orange hotel wenhua is located nearby wenhua road night market, location is convenient. I book room for 3, the bed is comfortable with a soft comforter. Downstairs have one convenient store. Breakfast buffet is good with multiple choice. Have turkey rice, and is so good.

The hotel is in a great condition and the staff is very helpful. Location is convenient as its 15min from HSR station and there are many food options around the hotel. Room is quite specious and they even have a washing machine and dryer which is helpful if you need to wash a few things.

While the shower was great with plenty of hot water, there is only a curtain to separate the shower and the toilet from the rest of the room, which make it an unpleasant experience.
And while understand not providing most of the single use items anymore, slippers would still be nice.
Breakfast was not so good. It was busy and the food run out and it took some time for them to bring more, and the options felt limited.

Ddisplay_name_Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'hotel! Le strutture erano fantastiche, con una divertente tavola da calcio, PlayStation, e un fantastico colazione e cena. La sala da gioco gatchapon e tavolo sono stati un toccamento unico che ha davvero aggiunto all'esperienza. La stanza stessa era molto comoda, e mi piaceva soprattutto l'assistente dell'AI per la comodità aggiuntiva.
L'unico punto di sbarco era la posizione, che era un po' lontana dalle attrazioni chiave.Mentre c'era un fermo di autobus vicino, non potevamo catturare l'autobus a causa di un giro dalla costruzione in corso o qualcosa del genere. Nonostante ciò, non ha dedotto troppo dall'esperienza generale. Molto consiglia questo posto per un divertimento, comodo soggiorno!

MMan ShanQuesto è un hotel confortevole e classico ********* stile! E 'super pulito e il servizio è fantastico! Hanno un mini bar con alcuni cookie e soda. Il cibo è semplicemente ok, ma ha una varietà di loro. Possiamo fare il nostro piatto locale tradizionale, e è divertente cucinare i nostri noodles!
È triste che la stagione che siamo arrivati fosse troppo fredda, così la piscina e il bar massimale è stato chiuso :( Ma per noi è ancora una perfetta esperienza di alloggio. Esso è anche vicino a diversi cibi belli!

HHannani OnSe rimani in un dormitorio e vuoi controllare, vai al livello 14 con l'ascensore. Allora il lavoratore ti porterà in un altro piano. Per quanto mi riguarda, sono rimasto al livello 6. Ti daranno il password per la porta principale e la porta della stanza. Se rimani in camera tua, a volte senti il traffico o la gente parla fuori dalla stanza. Il custode era pazzesco coz il lavoratore apriva la porta e lasciala aperta ampiamente, anche se ci sono persone all'interno della stanza. E durante il mio ultimo giorno qui, hanno cambiato il passaporto senza lasciarmi sapere coz ho provato molte volte usando il primo passaporto che mi avevano dato, quindi devo chiamarli di nuovo per ottenere il nuovo passaporto. Ci sono lavatrice e asciugatrice, ciascuno 30 yuan e 40 yuan. Forse devono fare pulizia nella lavanderia coz sembra di sinistra inattesa. In generale, penso che questo ostello è ok per il soloist.

KKenix NganI recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Night market, making it convenient to explore popular attractions, dining spots, etc.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

UUtente ospiteI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!
