This hotel's location is convenient as just across the road from the Chiayi Train station and bus stop to Alishan as well as the yellow tourist shuttle bus which takes you to Hinoki village City Park and other interesting sites. It's also about 15 min walk to the Wenhua Night Market a very vibrant spot for tourists looking for street food.
The Bf included in the hotel bookings has a very good variety of food buffet style and it was very tasty. Service is also excellent.
Reception was however a bit slow as there was only one staff there when we checked in.
The receptionist was helpful though in recommending bus and giving directions.

Booked the Classic Triple Room, room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel also allowed us to store our luggage with them overnight, even after checkout, as we wanted to go up Alishan with lighter luggage. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. There was also a 火鸡肉饭店 nearby that was very yummy. Would stay here again if I were to visit Chiayi again.

The hotel is in a great condition and the staff is very helpful. Location is convenient as its 15min from HSR station and there are many food options around the hotel. Room is quite specious and they even have a washing machine and dryer which is helpful if you need to wash a few things.

La stanza era bella. Spazioso e moderno. Le bevande a snack fornite 24 ore sono un bonus. Non molti ristoranti, caffè ecc. intorno alla zona, ma una passeggiata breve vi porterà a questi luoghi. La colazione fornita dall'hotel era grande. Mi fermerò di nuovo.

In the midst of the night market area. About 15mins walk from the train station. We had to leave before breakfast officially start and they were nice to allow us to pack breakfast for our early bus.

UUtente ospite因為白沙屯媽出巡進香而選擇貴飯店入住，一進門辦理入住手續的時候，撲鼻而來的香味，很香很放鬆，讓人真的覺得有在國外度假的感覺，每個工作人員說話都很溫柔，還會特別叮嚀注意事項，然後房間的床很舒服，整體感真的很棒，我真的會在二次入住喔~還有頂樓的空中酒吧，真的很讚，調酒師是個大美女喔 👍👍

GGigieggThe location of the hostel was excellent—just a short walk from the train station and the cultural night market. There were also convenience stores nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. The common area was well-equipped with a kitchen, fridge, and various utensils, so cooking your own meals was easy. Since guests are required to wear slippers inside, the entire space was kept very clean. They provided body wash and shampoo, but do remember to bring your own towel, toothpaste, and toothbrush.
However, there were a few drawbacks. While they did have a luggage lift, I was expecting a passenger elevator because the booking site mentioned an elevator in the facilities, which felt a bit misleading. Additionally, the bathroom lighting was oddly designed—bright in the middle but quite dim at the sink and mirror area. Another minor inconvenience was that, although they provided hangers, there wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes. If you're planning to stay for several days, this could be a bit troublesome.
Overall, a great option for short stays, especially with its convenient location and clean facilities.

UUtente anonimoAround 500 m from the TRA Chiayi front exit, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is big enough for two people and their luggage. The lobby smells good; there is a small café in the lobby.
The bathroom is a separate wet and dry area. A hairdryer is in the room, and the toilet is an automatic bidet.
The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are soft for sleeping well.
We were able to leave our luggage after checking out because of my Alishan itinerary.

Ddisplay_name_We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience.
The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

YYangAbbiamo prenotato due camere doppie e al momento del check-in siamo stati trasferiti gratuitamente in due camere quadruple. L'hotel era generalmente pulito, ma ho scoperto che gli asciugamani da bagno usati non erano stati riposti nell'armadio e l'ho segnalato al servizio clienti e se ne sono occupati attivamente. C'era molta acqua nella doccia, l'acqua calda era disponibile rapidamente e fare il bagno era molto confortevole. Ci sono mercati notturni e grandi magazzini vicino all'hotel, così come l'Huiyi Life Village. che è un ottimo posto da visitare.

HHannani OnIf you stay in a dorm and wanna checkin, go to level 14 by lift. Then the worker will bring you to another floor. As for me, I stayed in level 6. They'll give you passcode for the main door and your room door. If you stay in your room, you sometimes hear the traffic aound or people talking outside your room. The housekeeping was insane coz the worker just open the room door and leave it wide open eventhough there's people inside the room. And during my last day here, they changed the passcode without let me knowing coz I tried many times using the first passcode they had given to me, so i need to call them again to get the new passcode. There's washing machine and dryer, 30yuan and 40yuan each. Maybe they need to do cleanups at the laundry room coz it looks like left unattended. Overall, i think this hostel is okay for the soloist.

KKenix NganI recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Night market, making it convenient to explore popular attractions, dining spots, etc.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

UUtente ospiteI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!
