Buon hotel, spaziose camere molto, tutti al livello superiore!

My initial experience was a bad one. The rooms are small especially the toilet and albeit the upgrade, superior and deluxe are exactly the same. The TV didn't work, toilet seat was broken and the the so called city view is miserable. After complaining to the Mallik the duty manager, he thoroughly understood the problem and offered to change my room. Duty manager for evening shift Siva Kumar called me numerous times as I was out in the city to confirm the typr of room and waited till I got back late evening to ensure it was done. Kudos to both of them!!! My new deluxe room with a proper city view felt bigger and more spacious albeit the same type of bathroom but all was functional. Location wise it is next to the 1MG Mall and lots of restaurants literally 1-2mins walk away. Perfect location. Breakfast is decent with international and local dishes. All the staff are very helpful as well. One amazing perk is that they have a pillow list to choose from including hot chocolate or spiced teas before bed. I would suggest this hotel if you're doing short trips or on a mid-tier budget. Many hotels are around such as Conrad, Taj, and Oberoi on the same street with bigger rooms and slightly more only.

La camera era pulita, il personale cordiale e il mio soggiorno è stato piacevole sotto molti aspetti! Se dovessi tornare a Bangalore, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel!

Avevamo prenotato la camera per delle coppie di sposi novelli e abbiamo semplicemente informato la reception, la signora Keerthi, che ha organizzato il resto in tempi brevissimi. Servizio davvero ottimo fin dalla reception.

Buon hotel e pulito

Stayed here for my work trip, and this is really nice place to stay. Room was clean, staffs was super friendly and accommodating to our requests. if you go here, you gotta try out their restaurant. the breakfast selection menu is very good. and on their regular menu, their butter chicken was the best i've ever had!

Hotel location is ideal for exploring Bengalore shopping neighborhoods Indiranagar, Jayanagar without the noise. Ms. Suruthi was helpful during check in as we asked for high floor and quiet room. All staffs are cordial, room is cleaned and has all amenities needed for a business hotel. Breakfast was really good with variety of spread, even during our 2 mornings there. Lots of vegetarian options. Ordered room service once: vegetarian burger was surprisingly nice. Hotel building is not new but it is well maintained and clean.

Ottimo, mente scioccante hotel.. Non vedo mai questo tipo di hotel. Molto bello. Ho avuto una molto piacevole esperienza in questo hotel. Le camere sono ben mantenute. Il personale era amichevole, utile e sempre pronto ad assistere con un sorriso. La posizione era conveniente, con facile accesso ai negozi e ai trasporti vicini. Mi sono particolarmente apprezzato l’ambiente tranquillo e il comodo letto, che ha fatto per un soggiorno rilassante. Il cibo servito era anche delizioso e igienico. In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno, e mi piacerebbe consigliare questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un posto a buon mercato, ma confortevole.
