This is a comfortable and classic ********* style hotel! It’s super clean and the service is awesome! They have a mini bar downstairs with some cookies and sodas. The food is just okay but it has variety of them. We can make our own traditional local dish, and it is fun to cook our own noodles!
It’s sad that the season we arrived was too cold so the pool and the ceiling bar was closed :( But to us it’s still a perfect accommodations experience. It also close to several nice food! Definitely recommend:)

This hotel's location is convenient as just across the road from the Chiayi Train station and bus stop to Alishan as well as the yellow tourist shuttle bus which takes you to Hinoki village City Park and other interesting sites. It's also about 15 min walk to the Wenhua Night Market a very vibrant spot for tourists looking for street food.
The Bf included in the hotel bookings has a very good variety of food buffet style and it was very tasty. Service is also excellent.
Reception was however a bit slow as there was only one staff there when we checked in.
The receptionist was helpful though in recommending bus and giving directions.

La posizione è molto conveniente! È molto conveniente andare alla stazione ferroviaria, negozi famosi, e mercati notturni! È a distanza di passeggiata! L'hotel offre biciclette gratuite! Inoltre, se arrivate presto, potete immagazzinare il bagaglio! L'hotel offre anche un pianoforte! Colazione gratuita! Anche se l'hotel sembra vecchio all'interno, la camera è molto spaziosa! Our favorite family friendly hotel in Chia Yi! It has alot of facilities that are kid friendly like a big kid zone, caoursel, racing car, and a big grass field for children to run around.
The room is quite big and also have big beds to accommodate the children.

15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Chaiyi. 10 minuti a piedi dal vicino mercato notturno di Wenhua Road. Di fronte a un centro commerciale e abbastanza vicino anche ad alcuni luoghi turistici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera è spaziosa con ciò di cui hai bisogno. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza.

UUtente ospiteThe room is clean ,the toilet is clean, water pressure is good. Coincidentally, a earthquake happened causing the water heater to not work. The hotel offered to change to another hotel or a refund, which I appreciate the options given. Eventually, they fixed the water heater within few hours. Bed is nice and service is friendly.

RRod SoLa posizione è molto nuova Stazione ferroviaria Chiayi, anche se non siamo stati in grado di utilizzare la stazione perché abbiamo utilizzato HSR. Il personale del Front Desk ha commesso un errore durante il check-in, mescolando l’importo, e mi ha chiamato a informarmi che devo pagare l’importo breve che mi ha fatte. Quando siamo tornati all’hotel dopo cena, ho risolto la questione con lui. Questo mostra come lavorano il colazione è stato buono ma non spettacolare.

Ddisplay_name_We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience.
The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

本來以為外觀就夠浮誇了，沒想到一進大門內部的擺設還是讓我內心不自主的讚嘆了一下。
各式的古董及人造綠植，配合花磚與布簾，營造的很具氛圍。頂樓還有一個晚上八點到十二的半的酒吧，很具特色的飯店，很適合安排小渡假。

IIvy_OhStayed for 2 nights and everything seems ok except the wifi is poor. There is a laundry room on the 8th floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers. You can get free detergent from the lobby but both the washer and dryer need to pay : NT50 for the washer and NT50 for the dryer. Breakfast was ok.

Ssheenaa super nice kids hotel. the rooms equip with slides and race car, my toddler is so excited. and there is an indoor playground at hotel lobby as well . breakfast wise not much choice but it comes in set. food is good as well. and hotel is very near to train station. 5mins walk away

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

UUtente ospiteI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!
