Hotel con colazione a Riga

Bellissimo ambiente, posizione strategica, mezzi di trasporto convenienti, camere confortevoli e igieniche e personale di servizio cordiale e disponibile. Il design degli interni della camera è unico, semplice ed elegante e mostra lo stile architettonico regionale. Nella camera è presente un balcone che può integrare il cielo azzurro, il mare e il sole nella vista1. Le strutture sono moderne, Internet è veloce, la biancheria da letto in camera è confortevole e il bagno è pulito. Il servizio della reception è stato entusiasta, il processo di check-in è stato efficiente e sono stati forniti servizi e cure extra2. Prestazioni ad alto costo, ampio spazio, buon isolamento acustico, strutture abitative circostanti complete e trasporto conveniente3.

Hotel in posizione comoda, si arriva con autobus 22 da aeroporto. Pulizia ottimale, materasso del letto molto confortevole; bagno eccellente e box doccia eccezionale x La sala colazione molto bella, con tanta scelta di bevande e cibi buoni. L’unico difetto e’ nel check in e che out:  è molto lento ti viene chiesto di compilare un modulo in cui devi indicare i dati della carta di credito in quanto se prelevi qualcosa dal mini bar ti addebiteranno quello che spendi;  oppure devi lasciare una caparra di 50 € ma quando fai il check out la signora deve andare in camera e controllare che tu abbia consumato: MOLTO CONTORTO. Il personale della reception (erano presenti due uomini e una donna in tre giorni) non e’ per affabile; nessun sorriso in 3 giorni; ho chiesto di poter fare check out alle 12.45 anziché alle 12.00 e mi e’ stato detto NO in modo poco gentile. Cambiare il personale il personale che ti accoglie in hotel non sarebbe una cattiva idea e mortifica un hotel che altrimenti nel rapporto quali prezzo varrebbe 5//5

La posizione centrale dell'hotel, alla fine nord-est della vecchia città di Riga, rende molto facile esplorare la città. Siamo stati vicini alle principali attrazioni della città e siamo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Cat House, Monumento della Libertà, Riga/Dome Cathedral e St. Peter's Cathedral. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza senza finestra.Era molto ben decorata e il letto era molto comodo. La stanza era tranquilla, ma un po' stufata e non abbiamo sentito l'AC abbastanza forte. Ci sembrava che la stanza fosse ancora buona, ma per il prezzo, e ci fosse un sacco di confezioni, c’era una macchina da caffè Nespresso, una stazione di tè, tazze di tè carine e un grande bagno con una doccia molto bella. Apprezziamo che sia stato fornito un adattatore per pareti e che sia stato inserito in quello che lavorava con gli integratori del stile nordamericano. L'hotel è situato in un edificio del XVII secolo e ha un bel atrio specchiato. C'è una storia divertente in cui un cavallo ha buttato una scarpa, ha colpito l'edificio e l'ha presa, quindi il proprietario l'ha tenuta perché si è sentito fortunato. L'hotel dispone di un bar nel lobby e di un piccolo negozio. L'alba di questo hotel è stato il colazione con una vista magnifica sulla città dalla finestra e un buon colazione, con un piccolo buffet con formaggio, pesce fumato, pane fresco e altre scelte. Abbiamo goduto di una varietà di bevande come la limonata di rhubarb e il cioccolato caldo. Puoi ordinare un prodotto caldo che include.

The hotel is well located on the edge of the old town, a few minutes walk from the all old town attractions, excursion pick up points and tourist office. Excellent check in, well appointed room overlooking the river. A higher room would have been preferable, but room facilities excellent. Although accommodation is very reasonably priced, we found the €20 pp charge for use of the spa facilities a little out of kilter. Disappointed and surprised - especially at this time year - that we were not allowed a late checked even at the cost of €15 per hour after 1pm.

Paid extra, service very poor. Arrived to check-in, nobody to serve, no receptionist at the desk. Did wait around 10 minutes, gave a call, no answer, but the receptionist arrived. Then went to their restaurant, very vague service. No cocktails on the meniu (that's what we came for), asked and then the waiter gave separate cocktails menu. Finally came back to room and realised my bed sheet is dirty! Went to reception and asked to change it since we just arrived. Same person from reception came with new duvet and linen, had replace myself, meaning lack of staff if the same person does everything within entire hotel. Breakfast decent, saw people drinking wine, but it wasn't marked as it's included in the breakfast or not and bottle sits aside from all the breakfast on the bar table.

The Pullman is a very upscale hotel, centrally located in the old town of Riga. Getting here from the airport was easy, and the check-in was smooth. The staff greeted me with a smile and provided tips about Riga. The room was clean, spacious and you could tell its been recently renovated. The Spa facilities left a bit to be desired, with a tiny pool and a sauna that didn't get too hot. Still, the restaraunt in the hotel made up for it with excellent food and service. For the price paid I was blown away. Would definitely stay again.

Mi è piaciuto molto l'hotel, lo consiglio! Il personale era gentile e parlava russo. La camera era spaziosa e dotata di bollitore, tè, caffè, shampoo e aria condizionata. Parcheggio gratuito in hotel, colazioni deliziose e varie. Non è lontano dal centro a piedi, basta attraversare il ponte. Gli aspetti negativi della camera: scarsa pressione dell'acqua nella doccia, l'acqua impiegava molto tempo a defluire e riempiva rapidamente il bagno.

Hotel eccellente, colazione varia e deliziosa, camere meravigliose, buon servizio, personale cordiale.

The hotel has value for money in the old town area of Riga. Check in was smooth and we were able to get into our room quickly to drop off our bags and get to Arena Riga for an ice hockey game with limited time to get there. The location is very central to the sites of Riga's old town and there are some very good restaurants nearby. There are quite a few convenience stores and souvenir shops nearby but they close fairly early. The hotel has a very interesting feeling to it with exposed brick walls and original/restored wood beams and stairs. We appreciated that it also had an elevator to get to the top floor we stayed on. We booked the twin room and had a pleasant stay and the room was quiet enough to get a good night's rest despite the bars nearby. The beds were comfy but the pillows were a little thin. The room had a fully stocked mini bar with decent prices which would help if we got desperate for drinks. There was a large wardrobe and a small work desk in the room too. There were also plugs conveniently placed around the room so we could get all our devices charged. The bathroom was quite large and we appreciated the hot shower and towel warmer. They provide handsoap and a body/hair gel for the shower. The rooms have air conditioning and the windows open to help with the stuffiness. The twin rooms have a slanted ceiling so my short wife had the bed on the slanted side and had no issues. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the variety of food brought out both mornings. They had hot items which changed a bit each day and included an egg omelette, bacon, potatoes, a Latvian pancake and sausages. There was a good spread of cold items too and we are sure a vegetarian would be satisfied with the offerings of vegetables, cheeses, devilled eggs and fruit. The coffee machine made a very good hot chocolate and they also provided juice and water with breakfast. There is a bar behind the check in counter that is open to hotel guests and a nice seating area in the lobby too if you're looking for something more later. There is a sauna at the hotel but we weren't sure if it was open during our stay or what time it did open because there were no hours posted and we didn't get a chance to ask the staff. There is very limited free parking near the hotel and it seemed like the same local parked in front of the hotel each day. We would recommend taking the bus from the airport if you have the time but if you're in a hurry Bolt is pretty affordable in Riga to get around. There are car rentals north of the hotel and Bolt works in old town to book electric scooters and cars which was pretty convenient during our visit in Riga.

Great potential, but their left hand definitely doesn't know what the right is doing! My stay felt like a comedy of errors where I was the punchline. First, the breakfast saga: I pre-paid for my breakfast at check-in. Yet, every single morning, the restaurant staff looked at me like a breakfast bandit trying to sneak a free croissant. “Room number? Is breakfast included?” Cue me, once again, explaining my pre-paid status like I was telling a fascinating but unlikely story. I half expected them to ask for a signed affidavit from the front desk manager by day three. Then there was the Pool Surprise™. The website features the pool, but conveniently forgets to mention it costs extra. At check-in, I asked, ”Where's the pool?” They pointed. They did not, however, point and say, ”...and that'll be $20, please.” So, picture this: I'm there in my swim trunks, towel slung over my shoulder, ready for a dip. I get greeted not with a ”hello,” but with a request for my credit card. I had to do the walk of shame back through the lobby, damp and disappointed, to pay at the front desk. A simple heads-up would have saved us all from that awkward little parade! The place itself is nice, but honestly, it seems like the different departments only communicate by carrier pigeon. And I'm pretty sure one of those pigeons got lost. Pros: The room was good (if a bit tired), and the bed was comfortable. Cons: Be prepared for a mystery fee adventure and to repeatedly prove you've paid for things you've already paid for.
