The Hotel and the Hotelstaff were great. Only the luxury shuttle bus we booked from your hotel to Hoi An was terrible. The driver was unkind. It seems we were picked up for his trip at home. He picked up his wife and son and made other stops to deliver packages or smoke but not at regular stops.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte a Hue. L'hotel era fantastico, con una piscina molto bella. Camere molto pulite e tempestive e un ottimo colazione. Io consiglio davvero l'hotel. Inoltre, hanno un bel ristorante vicino all'hotel se si cerca buon cibo vietnamita. Punteggio aggiuntivo: Ho dimenticato alcune cose dell'hotel e sono riusciti a mandarle a me da Hue a Da Nang in meno di 24h. Questo non è legato alle strutture dell'hotel, ma apprezzo davvero quello che hanno fatto.

Best location in town, right next to the former imperial palace! The hotel is nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was good too. Started in a premium room, it was a spacious room, but no windows looking outside. The smaller rooms seem to have windows though, some of them even have balconies. All in all, we had a great time. Hotel staff helped with arranging drivers too for excursions. Two thumbs up 👍👍
