Hotel con balcone a Hue

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Eccezionale soggiorno con ospitalità eccellente ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Il mio soggiorno all'hotel Scarlett Boutique, Hue, era assolutamente meraviglioso e superava davvero tutte le aspettative. Dalla mia arrivo, mi sono sentito molto benvenuto da un personale incredibilmente amichevole, professionale e attento, che mi ha fatto sentire a casa immediatamente. L'alloggio era senza spot, elegante e molto confortevole.La stanza era ben progettata con grande attenzione ai dettagli, offrendo un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante dopo un lungo giorno di visione. Tutto era ben mantenuto, e il letto era estremamente comodo. Il personale ha fatto il servizio eccezionale e l'ospitalità vera, e ha fatto il suo meglio per aiutare con le modalità di trasporto, le raccomandazioni locali, e ogni richiesta che avevo sempre con un sorriso e sincera gentilezza. La loro utilità mi ha reso il viaggio a Hue tranquillo, senza stress e davvero memorabile. Se stai cercando un hotel con un ottimo alloggio, un servizio eccellente e un personale veramente caldo, consiglio molto Scarlett Boutique Hotel. Con un cuore di gratitudine a tutta l'equipaggio, e un riconoscimento speciale a Ryan e Linda, per la loro ospitalità eccezionale e per la consegna di un soggiorno eccezionale e memorabile.

Ho viaggiato molto l'anno scorso e, sebbene la maggior parte dei miei viaggi siano stati per lavoro, credo di aver soggiornato in molti hotel. E sono più che felice di dire che il Vedana è il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Pulito, tranquillo, buon cibo, vista notturna pazzesca: queste sono le cose ”normali” che si possono leggere online. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare il loro servizio. Sono un viaggiatore solitario e stavo facendo un viaggio in moto tra Da Nang e Huế. L'ultimo giorno del viaggio, avrei dovuto andare da Vedana a Da Nang, ma la pioggia era pazzesca e non accennava a fermarsi. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha aiutato non solo a ordinare un lalamove (per consegnare me e la mia moto al noleggio nel modo più economico), ma anche a negoziare con l'autista del furgone un prezzo decisamente migliore. Alla fine, ho pagato solo un prezzo davvero minimo per riavere la mia moto e arrivare in aeroporto in tempo. È semplicemente incredibile quanto siano disponibili ad aiutarti.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Check-in was very attentive, and we were welcomed with a nice handwritten letter that included both of our names, along with some fresh fruit to enjoy. We had a great buffet breakfast with a wide variety of cuisine, and everything was very good. My only negative was that the television was not really usable. The only English channels would not load properly, and when they did, they stopped and froze every 20–30 seconds. From what I could tell, the other channels were doing the same thing. Granted, we were not there to watch TV, but it would have been nice to be able to watch something when we wanted to. Overall, the trip was excellent, and the hotel is beautiful!

È stato perfetto per noi! Fin dal nostro arrivo, durante l'intero soggiorno e fino alla partenza. Il servizio è stato eccellente e il personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. L'onsen è stata una grandissima sorpresa! E i loro trattamenti spa, così eccellenti che avremmo voluto farne ancora di più. Abbiamo provato sia la colazione che la cena al ristorante, ed erano entrambe di altissimo livello. In confronto, i locali del posto non ci hanno minimamente entusiasmato. Una volta arrivati, non abbiamo nemmeno sentito il bisogno di esplorare la città, perché c'erano così tante cose da fare che il tempo a disposizione non ci è bastato. 🌿 Un soggiorno tranquillo e indimenticabile nel villaggio di Pilgrimage Sono rimasto qui durante il mio viaggio solitario a Hue e questo è stato di gran lunga il mio hotel preferito in Vietnam. Il resort è tranquillo, spazioso e bellissimo design un vero ritiro dal mondo occupato. Il personale era caldo e professionale, soprattutto Ngoc Ha, il direttore, che ha gestito tutto con grande attenzione e flessibilità. La mia camera era confortevole e confortevole, e la piscina era assolutamente rilassante. Mi sono divertito con la loro offerta di cocktail “acquistare 2 ottenere 1 gratis” mentre sedevo vicino alla piscina un momento così tranquillo per rilassarmi. Il pranzo era delizioso con opzioni per il buffet o a la carte, e la squadra del ristorante era molto gentile e attenta, che mi faceva sentire sicuro e curato come un solitario. Having stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special. The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!

I had the most amazing stay at Angsana Resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – always smiling, always polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or even the housekeeping team, everyone showed such care and attention to detail that made me feel completely at home. What impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just about good service – it felt sincere. The team really takes pride in making guests happy, and you can feel that in the little things, like remembering your preferences, greeting you by name, or checking if you’re enjoying your stay. It’s this level of friendliness and professionalism that creates such a warm atmosphere at the resort. Angsana Resort is not just a place to relax, it’s a place where you are truly cared for. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable – I will definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to everyone I know.

We booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems. 1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before. 2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online. 3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view. The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 20 minutes walk to the old city. Plenty of eateries and shops around. It's also just a 25 minutes drive to the train station (we took the scenic train to Danang). The room was ok and mostly clean, but the bed was very hard and the pillows felt like a sac of potato. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to caters mainly to Chinese tour groups. They are very noisy and unruly. The breakfast area felt like a market, the bread and pastries were stale and un-edible, the bacon was hard and dry. Maybe the Asian fare was good, the continental/western fare was terrible. Would not recommend!
