- Các tiện ích Gym hay Bơi lội hoàn toàn miễn phí, nhưng vì do là căn hộ chung cư nên sẽ đông đúc, tuy nhiên vẫn là điểm cộng rất lớn
- Nói chung rất recommend việc tới Huế và lưu trú tại đây, phù hợp cho nhóm 3-4 người thoải mái lưu trú. Tôi đi có 2 người nên thấy rất rộng rãi !"

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment.
The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities).
The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink!
The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally).
During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know!
The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked.
On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”.
We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave.
The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive.
When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is relatively new and well maintained. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower is not instant heat water heater. So you need to wait for the hot water and there's limited supply of hot water. Others are all very good. Breakfast is beyond my expectations for a small hotel, with diversified food choice. The staff are very helpful. They have drivers and cars that you can book. The driver is very friendly and speaks some English. We used the da nang to hue transfer and a day tour in Hue with airport drop off. Was very pleasent experience with the driver. The view on the terrace is also very good.

MMonitaDNel complesso, ho avuto un'ottima esperienza fino all'ultima notte (quella di sabato), quando l'hotel era completamente occupato da un gruppo di chiassosi vietnamiti – grandi famiglie con circa 50 bambini di diverse età (erano lì per festeggiare un compleanno) – che hanno rovinato il mio sonno alle 5:40 del mattino e poi di nuovo (dopo che ho detto loro di fare silenzio) alle 7:40, impedendomi di riaddormentarmi (avevo lavorato fino all'una di notte e avrei voluto dormire almeno fino alle 9:00) 🤦🏼♀️
I loro bambini correvano per il corridoio sin dal mattino presto urlando, con le porte delle loro stanze aperte, mentre i genitori urlavano tra loro (queste persone maleducate di paese non sanno parlare a bassa voce). Si sentiva tutto molto forte anche a porta chiusa (la mia sveglia suona persino più piano).
La sera prima, cantavano il karaoke nella sala riunioni accanto al bar della hall (nell'edificio principale), e lo sentivo distintamente nella mia stanza al quinto piano.
Non capisco perché la direzione dell'hotel permetta a gruppi così numerosi, che non sanno nemmeno rispettare gli altri ospiti, specialmente in un hotel a 5 stelle, di soggiornare in un hotel di un marchio così rinomato (Meliá).
Questo tipo di ospiti LOCALI rovina solo l'immagine dell'hotel!
Pago per un hotel a 5 stelle per dormire bene, non per essere disturbato 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 da ospiti che non hanno buone maniere e non insegnano ai propri figli come comportarsi in luoghi simili.
Il mio consiglio per chi ha il sonno leggero è di EVITARE questo hotel nei FINE SETTIMANA, poiché probabilmente non riuscirete a dormire.
Vivo in Vietnam da 7 mesi (principalmente in hotel 4-5 stelle) e ho notato che è una pratica comune per alcuni vietnamiti radunare l'intero villaggio e prenotare hotel a 5 stelle per i fine settimana per celebrazioni.
Ho avuto lo stesso problema in un ottimo hotel 4 stelle a Hoi A dove ho soggiornato per 6 settimane. Ogni fine settimana era un incubo per me (di notte e al mattino presto!).
Per tutti gli altri aspetti, se venite a Kobi durante la settimana, questo è un hotel fantastico!
Letti, panorami, ONSEN, colazione... e il personale sono fantastici!
Grazie a tutti coloro che lavorano in questo hotel per l'ottimo servizio offerto.

JJenPI was treated like royalty from the moment I arrived for my 4 night stay. Requested a much earlier check in with no problem & no extra cost. Was offered a free upgrade to an incredible much larger apartment with a balcony overlooking the lagoon. Very comfortable bed & pillows.
The housekeeping staff cleaned every day & left fresh water & fruit. The breakfast selection is huge with an 'egg station' to have your eggs cooked just how you like. I ordered dinner to my room in the evening & the food & service was impeccable. The free Yoga & Tai Chi Classes are an extra bonus & I got the chance to kayak on the Lagoon for 2 hours which is also free. If I needed help with anything I just had to message & was replied to immediately. I also requested a later check out & that was done with no problem. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, if only all hotel staff were like this!
The only flaw at the Resort is the Bird Room. I didn't know birds would be in cages & unable to fly properly. This was upsetting & I can imagine may put some people off from booking. It doesn't make sense to cage birds when you are surrounded by them at the Resort. Apart from that aspect I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay & thank everyone who made it such a memorable experience.

Ho scoperto accidentalmente il ritiro di Va Riverside, e si è rivelato un giardino nascosto lungo il fiume Huong. Il paesaggio qui è semplicemente sereno, guardando il sole dorato rifletteto sull'acqua e svegliandosi al suono degli uccelli al mattino si sentiva come andare in un altro mondo. Oltre a rilassarmi nella piscina di rinfrescamento, ho avuto l'opportunità di provare a bordo di padella sul fiume. Uno dei momenti più unici è stato ascoltare le melodie misteriose delle cerimonie Hầu ồng che si scorrevano da Hon Chen Templea veramente autentico contatto della cultura vietnamita. Il colazione locale era delizioso, semplice, ma pieno di sapore, e rendeva ancora più memorabile la mattina.Quello che più si è rivelato è stato il personale, che mi hanno accolto come una famiglia, facendomi sentire a casa, anche se ero lontano dalla mia.
Se stai cercando più di un soggiorno, ma un'esperienza che tocca sia i tuoi sensi che l'anima, mi consiglio molto di venire qui. Scoprilo come ho fatto, e forse ti piacerà ancora di più di quanto non abbia fatto.

UUtente ospiteHaving stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special.
The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home.
I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!

AAhmed yacineI had the most amazing stay at Angsana Resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – always smiling, always polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or even the housekeeping team, everyone showed such care and attention to detail that made me feel completely at home.
What impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just about good service – it felt sincere. The team really takes pride in making guests happy, and you can feel that in the little things, like remembering your preferences, greeting you by name, or checking if you’re enjoying your stay. It’s this level of friendliness and professionalism that creates such a warm atmosphere at the resort.
Angsana Resort is not just a place to relax, it’s a place where you are truly cared for. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay unforgettable – I will definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to everyone I know.

L'ascensore è pieno se ci metti 2 persone e 2 valigie.
Anche la serratura della porta della camera era allentata.
Dato che si tratta di un vecchio edificio, è molto scomodo.
Quando ero lì, mi hanno detto che c'erano dei lavori in corso nella stanza accanto, non era uno scherzo.
Anche la colazione è ordinaria.
Tuttavia, i giardini dell'hotel sono grandi, quindi è bello che i bambini possano correre.

JJay koolHad huge expectations from the hotel after reading reviews. The hospitality was fabulous ! The breakfast was excellent as well. Its very convenient as there are many shops and walking street nearby. However , the nightmare begins at night as there is a CLUB very close to the hotel. The music is so loud until 3am and barely could sleep. The noise from the traffic is loud. Choose a room without river view.
