First night stayed the sink drainer is broken, water is not drain away, so standing by the tub to brush teeth. Service fix right away after notify. Second stayed, at night water spray by the toilet leaking and dripping sound is so annoying causing hard to sleep, we close the door, but woke up in the middle night to use restroom and forgot to close the door after using it, have to stand up back to close the door. It was late night and we were tired so decided to tell the service next morning instead. When we went out to lunch, walk into the elevator saw the lock operation box hanging openly, then came back 4 hours later it's still open, we was wondering if the elevator would stop suddenly.The sky bar is very hot, not open rooftop, feels suffocating with winds from the fan. The whole night only able to get 1 drink, server doesn't go around to ask if we anything, we have to go look for the server inside the bar to ask for checkout. Overall, the hotel area is centralize, very nice hotel, clean, and great hotel service.

L'hotel è molto vicino al fiume Xiangjiang, puoi fare una passeggiata nelle vicinanze per goderti il panorama/vista notturna. Alcune attività commerciali/ristoranti nelle vicinanze colpite dall'epidemia non sono aperte. Il costo del risciò che ho preso è di 100.000 VND per andata e ritorno. Se non specificato, l'itinerario è guidato dall'autista. Quando si scende dall'autobus, l'autista consiglia vivamente di lasciare più mance. Lo shopping consigliato dall'autista non è degno di riferimento. L'isolamento acustico della camera d'albergo non è molto buono. Se ci sono ospiti rumorosi che vivono nelle vicinanze, ciò potrebbe influire sul resto. Il personale di servizio è gentile, e le opzioni previste per la colazione non sono male, forse perché ci sono meno ospiti colpiti dall'epidemia.

Personale cortese ed educato, camere pulite e grandi con vista spettacolare. Portiere educato e sempre a disposizione. Ci siamo trainati qui per il mio compleanno e ci hanno fatto una torta ( cosa che qui è abbastanza raro da vedere). Ristorante buonissimo e vista unica.

We had a lovely three-night stay at Villa Hue. The location could not be better - a stone’s throw from the main bar/restaurant area but not so close that the music disturbs the peace and quiet of the hotel. Rooms are huge, very well appointed and super-comfortable. Good Wi-Fi , a decent range of (English) TV channels, and tea/coffee making facilities were standard. Breakfast was quite simple but a offered both western and Vietnamese options. Overall a great stay and I will definitely be back.
