1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. New decoration and updated facilities and convenient location very close to the public transport. Many restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the hot spring spa in the room so much.

Tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per me, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla biblioteca di Beitou, dal museo delle terme di Beitou e dal parco. Dato che l'hotel si trova in cima a una collina, di notte è molto tranquillo ed è perfetto per una passeggiata nel quartiere silenzioso. Tuttavia, proprio per questo motivo, portare i bagagli su da soli potrebbe essere un po' faticoso. Consiglio di utilizzare il servizio di consegna bagagli presso la vicina stazione della metropolitana!

Il servizio, il cibo, la vasca termale erano eccellenti e il personale era molto attento. L'unica cosa che avrei voluto fosse migliore sono le prese a cui collegare il mio telefono. Non siamo riusciti a trovarne uno nella camera da letto/alloggio (tatami giapponese). Quindi assicurati di portare un caricabatterie portatile se non vuoi stare lontano dal tuo telefono. Un altro consiglio sarebbe più di una delizia se fornissero una maschera per il viso e indumenti da notte. Il motivo per cui suggerirei questo è perché un altro loro hotel concorrente ha fornito articoli da toeletta molto premurosi per le donne e penso che sia stato un ENORME vantaggio per me considerando che abbiamo speso un sacco di soldi per una notte. Ad ogni modo, nel complesso la villa 32 è fantastica se vuoi solo passare qualche ora a rilassarti.

Ci sono poche strade per arrivare all'hotel.Abbiamo preso la strada dura ma il modo più breve per arrivare all'hotel quando ci siamo per primo toccati Beitou dalla stazione MRT. L'hotel è stato un po' di corsa, un po' di pietra e un po' di pietra per arrivare. In generale, la posizione dell'hotel è molto strategica, possiamo camminare al mercato molto facilmente circa 15-20 minuti camminare al mercato notturno. E 'vicino al mercato bagnato mattina anche. Sweetme Hotsprint Resort è un fantastico luogo per rilassare e ricarregare. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti’ a piedi dalla stazione Xinbeitou e convenientemente vicino a molti ristoranti. Una delle principali caratteristiche del soggiorno è stata l'esperienza di spa. Gli ospiti possono godere sia della primavera calda privata in camera che delle strutture di spa pubbliche. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e concisa per il comfort. Il pranzo è stato un altro punto forte, con una buona selezione di cibo per iniziare il giorno giusto. In generale, Sweetme Hotsprint Resort offre un'esperienza ben arrotondata con grandi strutture, una posizione di prima qualità e un'atmosfera rilassante.

Enjoyed a one night stay with family. They offered valet parking. Just pull up on the driveway and you will be taken care of. The park is right across the street from the hotel. The hot spring tub is right in the bathroom so you can enjoy it personally. We booked a family room and the bed is big enough to fit as many as four. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. In a word, convenient location, friendly staff, nice spa, yummy breakfast.

Pensavo di essere passata da 36 m² a 28 m² (dalla camera Happiness alla suite Love), quindi si trova al piano superiore, non al piano terra. A questo prezzo (il più basso è di 46 HKD per la tipologia di camera base) non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi. Quindi prenderei sicuramente in considerazione l'idea di tornarci in inverno. Contro: l'impianto idraulico è vecchio perché è in salita. Il WC può gestire solo rifiuti liquidi. Sarà necessario un intervento di pulizia per lo smaltimento di eventuali rifiuti solidi... Il rumore delle pulizie (e del personale di cucina che porta la colazione in camera) può disturbare il sonno di chi ha il sonno leggero. Quando hanno cambiato la colazione a buffet con il servizio in camera, sono andata a prendere una tazza di acqua calda. Un membro del personale mi ha intercettato e mi ha chiesto delle tazze. Per rassicurarlo che non le porterò via, mostrate la foto qui sotto alla reception (留下三大跟三小的杯). Spero che capisca che le viaggiatrici sole sono comuni altrove, anche se sembravo una persona del posto; e semplicemente perché la mia compagna di viaggio è dovuta partire prima del previsto.

Very happy with experience here. Private spas within the rooms work well and feel great. Service was great. Food service was generally great. Rooms are clean and well-put together. Hotel is cost-effective as well. Xinbeitou as a destination itself is relaxing and has opportunities for decent food nearby and some short hikes through parks and over hills (phoenix mountain). Proximity to metro is very convenient. There are local markets nearby for visitors that are cute as well Very satisfied, would recommend to others to stay here!
