Hotel con terme a Taipei

the hotel resort was amazing! service was so good and the room was sooo cozy. amazing for couples who want a peaceful getaway! we stayed for 1 night and felt so sad that it ended so quickly. but it was the last night of our trip and it was a great way to end our taiwan trip. will definitely want to be back again for 2 nights next time to have more time to explore the city area and also to make use of more amenities.

Tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per me, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla biblioteca di Beitou, dal museo delle terme di Beitou e dal parco. Dato che l'hotel si trova in cima a una collina, di notte è molto tranquillo ed è perfetto per una passeggiata nel quartiere silenzioso. Tuttavia, proprio per questo motivo, portare i bagagli su da soli potrebbe essere un po' faticoso. Consiglio di utilizzare il servizio di consegna bagagli presso la vicina stazione della metropolitana!

Questa è la mia prima volta al 北投 e ho davvero apprezzato il mio soggiorno di 3 notti. Innanzitutto, la posizione è eccellente, proprio di fronte a una stazione della metropolitana, è facile raggiungere qualsiasi luogo. La camera è enorme e ben organizzata. Il letto e i cuscini sono molto comodi. Il deodorante per ambienti in camera è molto piacevole. C'è un piccolo balcone su cui si può uscire. Il punto forte della camera è il bagno con la grande vasca che può ospitare più di 2 persone senza problemi. Adoro l'onsen pubblico al 12° piano. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Il servizio, il cibo, la vasca termale erano eccellenti e il personale era molto attento. L'unica cosa che avrei voluto fosse migliore sono le prese a cui collegare il mio telefono. Non siamo riusciti a trovarne uno nella camera da letto/alloggio (tatami giapponese). Quindi assicurati di portare un caricabatterie portatile se non vuoi stare lontano dal tuo telefono. Un altro consiglio sarebbe più di una delizia se fornissero una maschera per il viso e indumenti da notte. Il motivo per cui suggerirei questo è perché un altro loro hotel concorrente ha fornito articoli da toeletta molto premurosi per le donne e penso che sia stato un ENORME vantaggio per me considerando che abbiamo speso un sacco di soldi per una notte. Ad ogni modo, nel complesso la villa 32 è fantastica se vuoi solo passare qualche ora a rilassarti.

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. There are a few routes to get to the hotel. We took the hard route but the shortest way to get to the hotel when we first touch down Beitou from the MRT station. So we took the side staircase route to get to the hotel, it was a short walk, a slight uphill and downhill slope to get to the hotel. We have to go through a few private apartments before we get to the hotel. Overall the hotel location is quite strategic, we can walk to the market very easily about 15-20 minutes walk to the night market. It is near to the morning wet market too. A lot of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits sold there. Bought very sweet guavas there. We tried and went back to buy even more. Oh yeah the private hot spring tub is also very relaxing too! Overall very nice stay at Beitou. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

A parte le piastrelle, tutto è stato buono! Localizzazione saggio - È molto in mezzo sembra nessuno. Forniscono servizi di navetta da & da alla stazione Xin Beitou più vicina 9am - 9pm. Le mutandine erano troppo piatte, anche se ci forniscono un totale di 4. Le mutandine erano ancora piatte. Mi sembrava letteralmente dormire su niente. Il collo del mio partner piangeva per aiuto. Le mutandine possono essere migliorate. La stanza era ben pulita. Ha avuto un buon soffitto con il nostro privato nel tubo acqua calda di primavera. I bagni e la doccia sono stati separati. La pressione dell'acqua per la doccia era ok. Può essere più forte. Aircon era ok per tutti i tipi di aggiustamenti. Nessuna attrezzatura fornita a meno che non vogliate comprarla attraverso il conteggio (a noi abbiamo portato il nostro) La colazione è stata decente e diffusa in modo sorprendente! Il personale era amichevole e paziente. State generali 👍🏻!

Average stay with mixed experiences The hotel is generally clean inside, but the outside of the windows was very dirty. Unfortunately, our bedroom view was blocked by façade boards, so all we could see was cladding, which was disappointing. The outdoor hot spring was an interesting experience. The facilities are old but functional, and staff at the outdoor pools were efficient. The bento box menu looked appealing and reasonably priced, but when we tried to order at around 8pm, we were told it had already sold out. On a positive note, the gentleman at reception was extremely helpful and kind—he arranged takeaway food for us at a very reasonable price with minimal surcharge, which saved us from having to walk into town late at night. We were very grateful for his help. Breakfast was quite chaotic, with guests pushing in and food, plates, and cutlery frequently running out. It wasn’t relaxing, but it was certainly an experience. The hotel is not located in Beitou centre, so be prepared for a very steep 20-minute walk each way. Also worth noting: the swimming pool in the gym area is apparently for VIP guests only and not available to regular guests. Overall, this is a very old-school hotel that would benefit from more investment and modernisation. Was it the best stay? No. Was it the worst? Also no. Would I return? Probably not—but if I had no other choice, I could stay again for sure.

Location is walking distance from MRT and places of interest. Quiet environment with park facing room. Convenient stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Friendly staffs.
