Hotel con terme a Taipei

Hotel nuovissimo e pulito. Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno, grazie anche agli ottimi servizi offerti. In camera è presente una vasca termale dove potersi rilassare e dimenticare lo stress della giornata. Pur non trovandosi nel centro di Taipei, l'hotel gode di una posizione molto comoda, vicino a numerosi ristoranti come McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, Watson's, Carrefour e molti altri locali. A soli 20 minuti dall'hotel si trova anche un bar con alpaca, ideale per i più piccoli. L'unico neo è che il menù della colazione non cambia durante la settimana, ma lo consiglio comunque vivamente!

Sono estremamente soddisfatto della mia esperienza complessiva all'Hotel Royal Beitou. La posizione dell'hotel è splendida, convenientemente vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e diverse attrazioni turistiche, rendendolo una scelta ideale per i viaggiatori. Il prezzo è anche molto ragionevole, offrendo un grande valore per la qualità del servizio e delle attrezzature fornite. La stanza era senza spazi e ben mantenuta, dotata di una vasta gamma di strutture e di servizi che soddisfavano tutte le mie esigenze. Apprezzo anche le sofisticate aggiustamenti come candele spezzate, un sistema audio, un deumidificatore, un snack e bevande uniche. L'unica questione minore è che la connessione Internet della TV era sbagliata, che mi ha impedito di guardare qualsiasi programma. Il servizio offerto dal personale dell'hotel è stato eccezionale, amichevole, professionale e attento, assicurando che ogni aspetto della mia permanenza fosse confortevole e piacevole. Dopo l'ispezione, hanno preso il tempo di introdurre in dettaglio tutte le strutture della stanza, che è stato molto utile. Il colazione offerto dall'hotel è stato delizioso, con una vasta gamma di opzioni da scegliere, la catering a diversi gusti e preferenze. In generale, il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Royal Beitou è stata un'esperienza piacevole, grazie alla sua posizione migliore, alle camere ben designate e al servizio eccellente. Raccomanderò molto a tutti gli amici questo hotel e mi riferirei certamente a restare qui per il mio prossimo viaggio a Beitou per un sollievo caldo di primavera.

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Il servizio, il cibo, la vasca termale erano eccellenti e il personale era molto attento. L'unica cosa che avrei voluto fosse migliore sono le prese a cui collegare il mio telefono. Non siamo riusciti a trovarne uno nella camera da letto/alloggio (tatami giapponese). Quindi assicurati di portare un caricabatterie portatile se non vuoi stare lontano dal tuo telefono. Un altro consiglio sarebbe più di una delizia se fornissero una maschera per il viso e indumenti da notte. Il motivo per cui suggerirei questo è perché un altro loro hotel concorrente ha fornito articoli da toeletta molto premurosi per le donne e penso che sia stato un ENORME vantaggio per me considerando che abbiamo speso un sacco di soldi per una notte. Ad ogni modo, nel complesso la villa 32 è fantastica se vuoi solo passare qualche ora a rilassarti.

Posizione eccellente, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione MRT Xinbeitou. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze si trovano numerosi luoghi di interesse come il Museo delle Sorgenti Termali, la Biblioteca di Beitou, la Valle Termale, il Parco di Beitou e così via. La camera in sé è davvero ottima, un letto comodissimo, pulita e ordinata, colazione deliziosa, personale cordiale e disponibile. Tutto ciò ti fa sentire a tuo agio e molto rilassato. Per quanto riguarda le sorgenti termali, sia i bagni privati ​​che quelli pubblici sono molto puliti e fantastici. Abbiamo trascorso due notti lì e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel.

The room is clean and big. There is also a small patio ,but unfortunately it was raining, so we didn't get to enjoy it much. The spring bath inside the room is a bonus, very relaxing and no need to go through the hassle of being naked in public bath. The spring water bath made my skin smooth and soft. The hotel also has public bath and will offer 2 free entries during our one night stay. Will definitely consider to come back again as it's so convenient to get to, only 35 minutes from Taipei station.

Enjoyed a one night stay with family. They offered valet parking. Just pull up on the driveway and you will be taken care of. The park is right across the street from the hotel. The hot spring tub is right in the bathroom so you can enjoy it personally. We booked a family room and the bed is big enough to fit as many as four. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. In a word, convenient location, friendly staff, nice spa, yummy breakfast.

Location is walking distance from MRT and places of interest. Quiet environment with park facing room. Convenient stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Friendly staffs.

Average stay with mixed experiences The hotel is generally clean inside, but the outside of the windows was very dirty. Unfortunately, our bedroom view was blocked by façade boards, so all we could see was cladding, which was disappointing. The outdoor hot spring was an interesting experience. The facilities are old but functional, and staff at the outdoor pools were efficient. The bento box menu looked appealing and reasonably priced, but when we tried to order at around 8pm, we were told it had already sold out. On a positive note, the gentleman at reception was extremely helpful and kind—he arranged takeaway food for us at a very reasonable price with minimal surcharge, which saved us from having to walk into town late at night. We were very grateful for his help. Breakfast was quite chaotic, with guests pushing in and food, plates, and cutlery frequently running out. It wasn’t relaxing, but it was certainly an experience. The hotel is not located in Beitou centre, so be prepared for a very steep 20-minute walk each way. Also worth noting: the swimming pool in the gym area is apparently for VIP guests only and not available to regular guests. Overall, this is a very old-school hotel that would benefit from more investment and modernisation. Was it the best stay? No. Was it the worst? Also no. Would I return? Probably not—but if I had no other choice, I could stay again for sure.
