Hotel con terme a Suzhou

It's a great house in an awesome location. However, it has not been looked after well. It's quite dirty (spinning webs in the room, toilet in the reception area is being used as ayi's cleaning room or where she would look after her personal hygiene - comb and cleaning utensils/towels placed on sink) and even though you can see some staff from time to time, they don't feel keen to interact with you. All the activities that we were sent, were not available (animal feeding - no animals, wine tasting - no wine) or we had to find out how to do them ourselves (drawing - most of the pens were dry. sunset walk - no one could efficiently explain where to go or point out direction on map). Lunch and denu menu is the same and very limited (also fries were sold out after the first night we stayed there), there were no cool drinks available. At breakfast menu there was a station where staff should make fresh fried egg but there was no staff. No one asked if we wanted tea or coffee or was there to help with anything. In the morning, the table was still the same like we left it after dinner. All in all, it was very chaotic and felt more like an airbnb than a hotel experience.

We have booked Deluxe Hot Spring Room with private hot springs. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The room was also well-equipped with amenities, including tea-making facilities and a good variety of tea bags. The service, from the lobby to the restaurant and room service, was excellent; every staff member is extremely hospitable and sweet. I especially thank 月见 and 雨帆, for their encouragement and effort to make our stay more comfortable. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a relaxing stay location near Shanghai.

Posso dire al massimo che giocare un po'piu' alto, perché il servizio è buono, il lavoro è delizioso, e il gatto è molto carino, ma non posso inviare scusa per me stesso, Questo prezzo è troppo indegno. Questo vale il massimo di 600. Ora, anche se mi daro 600, non voglio vivere per la fotosensibile troppo scarsa. Voglio che le persone che hanno bisogno dell'ambiente non vivono il più possibile. È troppo luminoso, ha davvero mal di testa. E preparare qualcosa di più di un po'di spinta, e faremo molto per vivere in insetti estive.

Ho fatto questo viaggio per la mia famiglia per avere una bella e tranquilla fuga dalla città per godere del Festival di primavera, ed è stata una brillante idea.Si trova nel mezzo del lago Taihu e non lontano nemmeno dal centro della città di Suzhou. Un ambiente molto tranquillo e personale estremamente amichevole, molto raccomandato per coloro che vogliono passare un bel e tranquillo momento di relax con la famiglia.

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

Unforgettable travel experience!!!! Reliable customer service, hotel contain gym, hot springs, and nice food around. Quiet and convenient. It is about 10mins to walk to closest metro, 15 mins to closest shopping center. Stuffs are so nice and polite. I must give a shout-out to the service team of this hotel! Mr.Chen is meticulous and considerate in his work, always thinking of the guests' needs. The front desk staff, Ella, is professional and patient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The concierge, Gary and Connor, are especially warm-hearted, helping with luggage and route planning with great reliability. Throughout the stay, I was taken care of with great attention to detail, making the stay extremely comfortable!🤗🤗🤗🤗

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

L'unica cosa che non è davvero ben organizzata, non c'è cibo tranne la colazione e il tè pomeridiano (in quel caso frutta). Avevamo bisogno di ordinare da un servizio di consegna (disponibile solo cibo cinese e non era proprio buono). Un hotel situato in quel posto meraviglioso con un prezzo così alto dovrebbe avere cibi base al ristorante.
