UUtente anonimoQuesto hotel in Sicilia che vive in viaggio è davvero sorprendente!Quando entra la porta, è circondato da un ambiente pieno di Mediterraneo, decorazione super elegante, e i dettagli possono essere sentiti intenzionati ovunque.
La stanza è pulita e spaziosa, il letto è morbido e il suono è anche molto buono. Dormi molto ogni giorno.Il servizio della ricetta è entusiasta e intimo, ha bisogno di essere richiesto, e si consiglierà attivamente luoghi divertenti intorno.La posizione è anche molto conveniente, viaggiare e mangiare è molto conservativo.
E'perfettamente un movimento romantico e ostilità della Sicilia nella casa. La prossima volta, dovrai scegliere qui, e' fortemente raccomandato!

HHello there!L'hotel è affascinante e abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza in tutto!
La stanza era molto bella, pulita e decorata con un bel toccamento. Era evidente che la signora che correva il posto mette il cuore in esso; lei si cucinava il cibo, e devo dire, era assolutamente deliziosa! Era anche molto accogliente, che rendeva il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e per un tempo davvero rilassante.
Tuttavia, mi è stato un po' deluso che la primavera calda non fosse inclusa nella stanza. Poiché è letteralmente nel nome dell'hotel e considerando il prezzo della stanza, mi aspettavo che fosse parte del pacchetto.

DdyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests.
The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries.
Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower.
The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums.
In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs.
Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me.
But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

MMusaOur stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime.
Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor.
The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish.
Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

It is about 10mins to walk to closest metro, 15 mins to closest shopping center. Stuffs are so nice and polite. I must give a shout-out to the service team of this hotel! Mr.Chen is meticulous and considerate in his work, always thinking of the guests' needs. The front desk staff, Ella, is professional and patient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The concierge, Gary and Connor, are especially warm-hearted, helping with luggage and route planning with great reliability. Throughout the stay, I was taken care of with great attention to detail, making the stay extremely comfortable!🤗🤗🤗🤗

Con i nostri amici, abbiamo fissato due soffitti all'anno per ～ per vedere il panorama del lago Taihu. Quando il tempo è buono, sarà certamente più bello vedere il sole nascere e scendere. Non siamo stati casualmente cattivi, ma siamo fortunati a raggiungere il pirata lungo la strada, Il panorama superpopolare e il popolo sono stati messi gratuitamente in fiamme per tutto l'anno.
Servizio: il capo è molto entusiasta e amichevole, e i beni di popolo sono completi.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è proprio sotto il piede del picco di Suzhou West Mountain. L'ambiente è molto tranquillo e limpido. Il giorno in cui andammo era pieno di camere. Ci sono ancora persone che hanno bisogno di vacanze. Il servizio del direttore è attento e dettagliato. It was very delicious, she also took me to the nearby station. I definitely stay again!! My room was beautiful and the view from hotel was amazing!
