Hotel con terme a Changsha

They upgraded our rooms at check-in & the rooms were absolutely amazing. Obviously, they cannot do that every time for everyone, but it speaks to their commitment to provide the best possible experience. All staff were attentive & helpful. The breakfast was incredible with tons of options including eggs cooked to order. A snack box with yogurt & pre-packaged snacks was brought to the room shortly after check in. Lots of pools at the hot springs, plus various sauna/steam rooms including a salt bath room where you could cover yourself in salt & lay for a bit. No hydrotherapy pool, but unlimited hot springs entry during the stay. We were there in late June 2026 & the water slides were closed both days we were there so you might want to call/ask if that is your main motivation for going.

From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. Rating: 5/5 This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and soak in nature’s beauty. I’ll definitely be coming back.

A bit of cigarette smell in the room, but they offered multiple other rooms. We stuck with the original due to the king bed versus 2 doubles. Other than the slight smell, the room was very clean, bed was comfy, AC was good, hot springs were amazing. Breakfast offered lots of choice, including freshly cooked eggs prepared as requested. A fruit/snack plate was brought up shortly after check in. Complementary cucumber, tomato, & a fruit were available at the hot springs. Amazing indoor & outdoor hydrotherapy pools are a highlight.

Una esperienza molto speciale, un palazzo unico.Dopo essere andato sull'isola, il tempo si e' rallentato e il bagno di lavoro era vuoto.Il capo era molto bravo, e la pioggia non era conveniente per uscire dall'isola per ritardare il tempo di partenza alle 14:00.L'ambiente è bello, il paesaggio è bello.
