Situato a Taitung, vicino al villaggio di Tiehua e alla spiaggia, e facilmente raggiungibile tramite la stazione degli autobus di Taitung, offre un comodo accesso ad altre attrazioni. Nelle vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristoranti. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, con una biblioteca in legno di cipresso nel seminterrato e una zona soggiorno con angolo cottura. Un posto fantastico!

La stanza era pulita e ci hanno davvero aiutato a organizzare una stanza tranquilla. Per i viaggiatori dell'Asia meridionale come noi, il bidet in bagno è perfetto. Amore l'intero ambiente e la stanza. Sicuramente tornerà per il prossimo viaggio.

Amazing, central location. Friendly staff who speak English. The room was spacious and clean. Fantastic place, strongly recommend it.

I highly recommend this hotel for all travellers, especially foreigners - note I was a self-drive so the location wasn't an issue. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a lovely young lady who came outside to show me my car space. Her equally-lovely colleague then assisted in checking me in and making me feel very welcome. I was given a map of the local area and some suggested eating spots. They also helped in charging my phone. The girls' spoke enough English to help me, and the breakfast at a nearby cafe was great. The room was exactly what I needed - a very clean room, comfortable bed, and nice warm shower. I am going to stay again next time I visit beautiful Taiwan.

Posizione perfetta, vicino alla stazione degli autobus e al villaggio degli artisti ferroviari. La camera condivisa (solo per donne) è enorme, con bagno interno, lavandini e frigorifero. Pulito e confortevole. È un ostello senza personale, quindi check-in e check-out self-service, non incontrerete mai il personale, non c'è la chiave dell'armadietto, bisogna andare a un altro indirizzo sulla stessa strada per prenderla. Il bagno è semi-umido, non ideale per una camera da sei persone a mio parere, ma non è un problema per una camera economica. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Pros: well established Naruwan Group. Fantastic shower water pressure after a tiring day. Cons: the original booked hotel was closed for upgrading and i was not informed. The whole building was closed when i arrived. I immediately call the hotel through trip.com and the receptionist informed that they has arranged for a room at the hotel next door (also Naruwan Group’s hotel). I was expecting a paddy field view room but i was assigned to the room facing heavy industrial lots. Other than that, it was a good stat at Naruwan Hotel and value for money.

I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

Kaishen xinshu Hotel è conveniente , camera grande , camera interna è bello e accogliente, forniscono anche un semplice colazione da 7 a 10 pm. Valore per soldi. Il loro personale è efficiente nel check-in e check-out senza avere alcun problema. Il personale è utile ed efficiente a risolvere i problemi di condizionamento d'aria per me anche a metà della notte. Molto consigliato!

Il servizio del personale di Liu Tai è molto buono. Poiché il rapporto di riparazione mi ha aiutato a migliorare la stanza. Normalmente 1F c'è una macchina da caffè per i turisti da soli. Se hai bisogno di colazione con 100 yuan a 10F auto-aiuto per mangiare il lievito è molto conveniente. È molto vicino al mercato notturno di viaggiare. Il prossimo ritorno a Tai Dong sceglierebbe questa casa.
