Hotel a Hicksville, Stati Uniti d'America

Our visit was 9/8-9/12/2021. We arrived after 10pm sign on door read -MASK REQUIRED_ AWESOME... and were warmly greeted and quickly checked in by the 2nd shift front desk employee. The hotel lobby was small but clean. We proceeded to our room on the 1st floor. The room was very clean, the bathroom clean and stocked well with towels, soap, etc. The furniture was in great condition. the room had 2 double beds and 3 pillows on each bed. Everything was pretty good up to this point. Then I sat on the bed.. I thought I was sitting on a table! The mattresses are HARD! If you like a hard mattress great but if not you had a few nights of little sleep like I did. The housekeeping staff did good job and were always friendly. We appreciated the decent rate as other places in the area were at $200+ a night. If you want more luxury be prepared to pay it with another hotel brand. All in all ... I would return because of the reasonable rates and put up with a lack of decent sleep due to a hard mattress. The Econo lodge served its purpose for a decent price. The location was great. Close to my friends/family, parkways, restaurants, shopping mall, and great Long Island diners.

I was very pleased at the comfort of the bed and additional pillows. I was glad the room had a refrigerator and coffee maker. The WiFi was great! The front desk receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. I’m so happy they had a nice Sushi Restaurant in front that was opened until 10 pm.

This was an excellent choice for my friend and me. We had a room with 2 double beds. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom shower was excellent. The hotel was very quiet. Since I have to eat gluten free, there weren't alot of choices for breakfast but the eggs, fruit and oatmeal were good. The staff were all friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed being able to sit in the area near the amazing fish tank and charge my phone while reading or eating. The front desk person who was on duty on Saturday morning, June 10 deserves a special shout out. My friend and I were in a serious car crash when leaving the hotel and the manager couldn't have been more kind and caring. We sat in the hotel lobby for hours collecting ourselves and figuring out transportation. Again, the desk clerk offered us water, asked if we wanted anything to eat, kept an eye on us and made us feel cared for. I am sorry I didn't get his name but he deserves to be recognized for the kindness he showed us.

Bella e aggiornata buona per esattamente quello che hai bisogno per dormire, mangiare e fare doccia/bagno! Era un veloce 2nights.Beds erano confortevoli e puliti anche! Il servizio era decente un po' di malinteso, ma abbiamo lavorato.

Tutto è stato fantastico! Mi è piaciuto molto l'hotel e la camera (super pulita). Il mio unico aspetto negativo era il letto. SUPER SUPER scomodo: ( era come dormire su un mattone.

Khama, Antonella e Dean forniscono un servizio eccellente dal cibo e da bere alla direzione che erano estremamente pensanti e curati, sicuramente un deve andare in posizione!!!! Devi venire qui. Mi piace il servizio e tutto circa il mio soggiorno!!!!

La stanza era di 87 gradi rotta AC il desk front cercava di aiutare a non riuscire ! Parla al direttore il giorno dopo per ottenere un indennizzo per la 1a notte che era terribile e lei ha accettato che avrebbe voluto tempo perché ho prenotato e ho buttato le prenotazioni e la prenotazione ha detto che il Hilton non mi avrebbe restituito un penny che ho passato 1 la notte era terribile e la manutenzione legata le cortine in un sapore all'aria poteva venire buttato , ma non potevamo dormire a tutti dopo aver guidato 18 ore dalla Florida a causa della vita di inondazione w che ha accennato la stanza come era 2:00

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni era un piacere il nostro bambino godeva molto pulito, docce calde, cuscini morbidi, TV di lavoro, non avevamo problemi, il personale era amichevole e Zaid al desk front era molto utile, abbiamo chiesto un tostapane e caffè che ci diede subito , amore la cucina, un parcheggio ampio e un'ampia sicurezza per le famiglie per rimanere, vi ringrazierà di nuovo Beth.
