"May 17th John Powell called and confirmed a room for myself and he said he talked to the manager, booking for 5 days. He called again 10 minutes before I arrived to confirm and was told it was set. I was there for a funeral. When I got there, the lady at the desk was more than pleasant and actually should be the manager, told me she couldn't find me listed. I had John call to confirm we had the right place. I was standing right there. She called the manager and he said he would take care of it when he came in. He was not a nice person. John said he talked to the manager to book it. So it would have been him. He said he checked and there was no booking and the woman that answered the phone earlier was mistaken. I said ok, well we will wait til one was available then. He said NO, we are booked up. If he was a responsible manager he would have said let me find you another room in the area. But he just brushed me off. Rude I went to another hotel, hearing what Best Western did, gave me a room immediately and discounted."

Environment: Located in the city center, a ten-minute walk from the Old Town Square or the train station, very convenient. Service: Very friendly. Because I was going to Cluj the next day, and it was snowing that day, the front desk staff kindly helped me check bus schedules and book tickets for me."

"Elegante hotel in un antico edificio, nella graziosa piazza Piccola di Sibiu. Le camere sono accoglienti, arredate in legno chiaro, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Presenti anche una cassa Bluetooth, la macchina del caffè nespresso , un bollitore e una bottiglia di acqua omaggio. Dalla finestra , una vista spettacolare sulla chiesa evangelica . Un plauso speciale allo staff, molto competente e cortese , prodigo di informazioni sulla città. Decisamente da consigliare"

"Molto comodo pulito e tranquillo. Posizione perfetta nella vecchia città. Parcheggio auto all'inverso. Posizione davvero conveniente e grande dimensione della stanza. macchina per caffè e tè e caldaia e piccolo cappello. Ascensore al pavimento o le scale vicino. Non può essere colpa. Il proprietario ha mandato il codice per le porte.Si è sentito sicuro e buon con l'aria.Doccia grande, bagno bagnato."
