"May 17th John Powell called and confirmed a room for myself and he said he talked to the manager, booking for 5 days. He called again 10 minutes before I arrived to confirm and was told it was set. I was there for a funeral. When I got there, the lady at the desk was more than pleasant and actually should be the manager, told me she couldn't find me listed. I had John call to confirm we had the right place. I was standing right there. She called the manager and he said he would take care of it when he came in. He was not a nice person. John said he talked to the manager to book it. So it would have been him. He said he checked and there was no booking and the woman that answered the phone earlier was mistaken. I said ok, well we will wait til one was available then. He said NO, we are booked up. If he was a responsible manager he would have said let me find you another room in the area. But he just brushed me off. Rude I went to another hotel, hearing what Best Western did, gave me a room immediately and discounted."

"Big room with seating area with sofa to watch TV. Big double bed with TV in the room. Bathroom with some toiletries. There's coffee machine which is good. Walk abt 5 minutes for convenience store and a lovely cafe about 5 min away."

"Eravamo di passaggio in transilvania e abbiamo deciso di fermarci una notte. Il centro è abbastanza vicino ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Le camere sono spaziose cosi come il bagno molto pulite e soprattutto calde nei mesi freddi cosa non scontata qui in romania. Personale cortese. Prezzi interessanti"

"La posizione è anche buona, le strutture sono complete, ci sono tutti i tipi di utensili da cucina, ci sono lavastoviglie frigo, il calore è abbastanza caldo per lavare i vestiti dopo averli asciugati. La televisione ha tutti i canali sportivi per guardare la palla molto stupefacente, in definitiva il rapporto costo-benefici è molto"
