Bella hotel e vicino a tutto! Il personale è molto attento e prende cura di noi. La signorina Air ci ha aiutato molto bene durante il colazione. Il signor Max e il signor Neil alla ricezione ci hanno aiutato molto con le direzioni e le comunicazioni con i conducenti di taxi. Il personale qui non parla bene inglese, ma hanno il modo di comunicare bene con noi, dove vediamo molto utile e apprezzato. Se visitamo Harbin di nuovo, rimarremo certamente qui di nuovo! Hotel carino, personale carino, buona posizione, fantastico colazione e prezzo ragionevole.

The location is good near Zhong Yang walking street in Harbin . You can walk around for enjoy the atmosphere at night . The hotel is in Russian style and well decorated . The room has good facilities and good technology. The breakfast room is very beautiful and variety lines of food. We stay with the promotion of free tea set and gift . It’s very impressive!

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. La presentazione di questo zio era troppo completa. Ho prenotato una sala doppia per la colazione. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era troppo vicino al mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan, quindi volevo annullare la colazione dell'hotel. L'hotel ha collaborato attivamente con Ctrip per aiutarmi a svolgere le procedure. Anche Ctrip è stato molto utile e il rimborso della colazione è stato ricevuto in pochi secondi. Al piano inferiore c'è un piccolo giardino dove è possibile bere il tè. La stanza al primo piano ha un piccolo cortile. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

Love the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

Molto belle camere e buon colazione. Posizione un po 'in mezzo a nuovi siti di costruzione della città. Il centro commerciale a 10 minuti a piedi è grande per shopping e ristoranti. Il ristorante dell'hotel ha offerto solo colazione, ma era ok per ordinare consegna. L’hotel è leggermente strano nel fatto che sembra anche essere un hotel di soggiorno neo natale con molte infermiere e familiari che si appesantino nei corridoi a tutte le ore della notte. La questione principale con le camere era che erano 28 gradi C e non c'era modo di raffreddare leggermente per poter dormire bene. L'apertura delle finestre non ha aiutato e l'aria condizionata dell'hotel è stata comprensibilemente progettata per riscaldare la stanza - forse qualcosa che possono pensare. Bello hotel e un buon soggiorno - non dormivano bene.

L'hotel è situato a soli 150 metri dalla strada a piedi. Non siamo felici della stanza che abbiamo soggiornato. Durante la prenotazione, abbiamo trovato che la stanza ha una finestra. Poi capissimo che ci dovrebbe essere una vista da vedere. La vista è completamente bloccata da un altro grande edificio situato a soli 2 metri dalle finestre. L'hotel dovrebbe indicare chiaramente che. Come straniero, abbiamo bisogno di un segnale 3G 5G per collegare il Facebook youtube con sim internazionale. Purtroppo, il segnale rhe è molto povero. Il WiFi è ok. Usando il wifi, Google è bloccato in Cina. Non siamo felici con la stanza. Non consigliamo per gli stranieri.

出差來哈爾濱，這家酒店太懂旅人的心！酒店位置優越，出門就是2號線，我還坐地鐵去了中央大街，居然9分鐘就到了！前台給我升級了房間，房間裏安靜舒適，佈置温馨，特別是酒店的床啊，真的不軟不硬，躺下特舒服！去吃早餐也很驚艷，早餐品質在線，煎餅果子好吃，是東北的味道，走時候還給我拿了能量棒，薄荷糖，服務人員熱情似火，贈送的下午茶佈置的也精緻漂亮，每一口都是享受，總之很滿意，強推！

最近我入住了美輪美奐，體驗感簡直拉滿，必續給個好評！ 從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻，就能感受到它的高端與大氣。前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住手續快速高效，還貼心地給我介紹了酒店的設施和周邊好玩的地方。 我訂的房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨又舒適。床品柔軟親膚，睡起來就像陷在雲朵裏一樣，一夜好眠😴。房間的隔音效果也很棒，完全不會受到外界的干擾。衞生間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品品質優良，細節之處盡顯用心。 酒店的餐飲更是一大亮點！早餐種類豐富多樣，中西式美食應有盡有，味道超讚👍。餐廳的服務員態度親切，服務周到，讓人用餐心情格外愉悦。 酒店的設施也非常齊全，健身房裡的器材嶄新且完備，遊池水質清澈乾淨，無論是健身愛好者還是想放鬆身心，都能在這裏得到滿足。 位置方面也十分優越，交通便利，周邊商場、景點林立，出行遊玩都很方便。 這次入住美輪美奐，真的讓我有了賓至如歸的感覺。以後來這裏，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這家酒店。強烈推薦！

L'hotel è anche sul bordo della piazza di Pink Flower e è molto conveniente viaggiare.
