The stay at Ibis was just okay. My room was on level 4, which was very noisy due to its location near the gym and restaurant. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor, so I could hear a lot of activity throughout the day. The staff were polite, but the noise dampened the experience.

Super convenient location. 100m from subway that leads to every where in Harbin. Strongly recommended this hotel. You won't regret.. Well done to all the staffs there.

Very convenient location jist around 100m from subway stations. To left of the entrance there is a convenient store open 24 hours. To the right there is a supermarket where you can find almist everything you need. Therr are 2 huge malls as well across the street at Wanda Square. Breakfast is very good, excdpt salad, basically chinese breakfast with many choices. The superior room is quite spacious. There are basic gym and laundry room as well. I will DEFINITELY come back again and stay in this hotel when I visit Harbin.

週一十點到酒店，就愉快的給我們開房了，週六下午也給延時到2點退房，特別的好溝通～孩子的小玩偶落下，人家立即幫忙郵寄，感謝。 我們訂的家庭房，倆大一小沒壓力～房間也沒有任何異味～在這裏住了三晚。對面就是萬達，還有各種小飯店，前台美女幫忙推薦的老廚家，讓我們這次哈爾濱之旅從一開始就吃得開心～ 因為三天住宿的房間是同行朋友訂的，我衹能在離開前的鐘點房評價啦。

住了兩天，前台到客房人員都非常好，非常熱情！ 孩子暑假作業需要打印，出去玩晚了沒找到打印店，嘗試問一下前台就幫我打印出來了，機器人還送到門口！很好 一樓大廳休息區有水，水果和小點心！ 客房人員看我們人多，還多給了水 好評！

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，周邊交通方便，近西站，步行10分鐘可到。地鐵就在樓下。周邊餐飲眾多，萬達廣場就在對面，客服熱情周到，服務好，有免費停車位，可以吃早餐。

這家酒店超讚！房間乾淨寬敞，床品柔軟舒服，睡得超香～前台小姐姐熱情又耐心，早餐種類豐富還好吃，地理位置方便，下次來還住這兒！

已經第二次訂購了 衞生：房間還是一如既往的乾淨衞生。 服務：前台工作人員和保潔工作人員都很親和並且負責任。 早餐：樣式多樣，水果，熱菜，涼菜，各種主食。

房間格局很有自己的格調，但是衞生間的門全透明，有一點尷尬。馬路斜對面就是哈西萬達，逛街購物還挺方便的
