My stay at Splendid Premium Hotel in the heart of Hanoi was a delightful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, making our travels very easy. The staff provided exceptional service, always greeting us with a smile and addressing any issues we had with great professionalism and efficiency. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options that provided the perfect start to our day. Overall, the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere makes this hotel an ideal choice for anyone visiting Hanoi. I highly recommend it to all travelers planning a trip to the city.

Questo hotel è un hotel di Adamus, progettato con lo stile jazz degli anni novanta . L'intero stile dell'hotel è lo stile del teatro molto interessante. Non c'è nulla di male per vivere. L'atmosfera locale vietnamita di questo Hannah forma una buona combinazione . We stayed wonderful nights at Splendid Star Grand Hotel. The staff helpful and spoke english. Upon arrival in the morning we were warmly welcomed with a fruit plate & drink. Brien, checked us in even though the normal check-in time was 2pm. He then gave a map and gave us a good brief of where to go, restaurants, and answered all our questions. Apart from Brien, Kimmie was also very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, and had a wide spread of variety. The location of the hotel is superbly central, and very close to St Joseph Cathedral, and a ten minute to the Hoan Kiem lake, and the famous Train Street. The location served our purpose of exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter. Only misgiving was the crowded narrow lane leading to the hotel in which our airport taxi could not enter. So we had to walk about 70meters. All in, we were very happy with the hotel, and will return

L'hotel a cinque stelle dispone di ottimi servizi e strutture, ma non dispone di ciabattine, spazzolini da denti e rasoi. Si prega di comunicarcelo in anticipo. Al momento del check-in mi è stato offerto un bicchiere di succo di mela, che era delizioso. Ci tornerò quando verrò in Vietnam più tardi.

L'hotel è situato nel centro storico ed è vicino a varie attrazioni. La reception e il resto del personale dell'hotel sono molto gentili e aiutano con le questioni relative ai tour locali. La vista dal bar sul tetto dell'hotel è fantastica. Il pho e le omelette per la colazione erano ottimi, così come gli altri prodotti, e i dessert e la frutta erano eccezionali. Altamente raccomandato! !

Our stay at M Village Hotel Tho Nhuom was fantastic! The staff were excellent and very attentive, reaching out via WhatsApp before our arrival to confirm our check-in time. Communication throughout our stay was seamless. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade featuring a sliding door and a charming mini garden view—it was absolutely beautiful. The bed was huge, and the TV offered plenty of channels. The toilet and bathroom were separate, which was convenient, and the hotel provided a washer and dryer in the lobby next to the elevator. The location was perfect—within walking distance of most Hanoi attractions and just a 1-minute walk from Hoa Lo Prison. The lobby was stylish, featuring a co-working space, and the price was incredibly affordable. I’d definitely stay here again whenever I visit Hanoi in the future!

This was one of our best experiences at a hotel anywhere in the world. We had so much gracious assistance from all of our staff, especially from Tan, who helped us enjoy our stay in so many ways. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. All the food was delicious, including the amazing breakfast buffet. Tea and happy hour were so fun and memorable. We will definitely never forget our stay and look forward to staying at Sofitel in Hanoi again soon!
