Great service mind of the night shift staff on April 12 impressed us. As we have to leave Ha Noi to Sa Pa in the early morning (6:30AM), she proposed us prepared breakfast boxes to take on the bus. How cute!!

We stayed here for 3 nights in the junior suite. The place was fine. Nothing exceptional tbh. The location is convenient. Not too far from outside old quarter which is handy to coordinate pickup for activities outside old quarter. Also not super far from the lake etc. in center of old quarter. That said we did get quite a bit of walk during out time here.
Room was fine. A bit smaller than what it looked like in photos. Nothing too bad.
Breakfast is basic . We decided to skip it one of the days over the lovely local food.
Service was okay . For some reason it was clumsy to get an extra access card.
The staff was kind to offer us a couple of magnets when we checked out.

環境很好，坐落在三十六行街裏面，被外表吸引，然後選擇住進去，外面很熱鬧，裏面又很安靜，早餐也很豐富，很滿意！
下次去河內可以再住！

房間還不錯 服務也很不錯 前台小哥nick 很可愛也很熱情 酒店在三十六行街裏面但也不吵 衹能河內市內車輛可以進入 三十六行街 所以從其他市包車來的可以讓司機給前台打電話會有人來接

가성비 최고의 호텔. 조식이 조금 부족했지만 간단히 먹기에는 부족한점없었고 직원분들 너무친절했읍니다.주변 조금걸으면 맥주거리.호안끼엠.올드쿼터.위치도 최고!

房間設施不錯，但熱水時有時無…服務人員處理還可以.
但房間隔音不太好，很容易聽到隔壁房間聲音。

ロケーションとサービスは非常に良かったですが、部屋の中に無数の小蠅のようなものが飛び回っていました。さらにシャワールームではゴキブリのようなものも出てきました。また、シャワーが水しか出ず困りした。しかし、Wi-Fiは強くテレビにYoutubeやネトフリ、アマプラを登録できるので滞在中でも大きな画面でストレスフリーに楽しむことができます。
