Just 1 line - Don't go! I had booked this hotel for a stay of December 28th - Jan 2nd on trip.com. Let me share my experience. 1 week before going to Hanoi, I messaged this hotel saying that I will reach the hotel around 23:00-00:00 since my Flight would land around 22:15 (I messaged through special request, since trip.com didn't have a chat option). The hotel approved my request (so I assumed that they are ok with it). I landed at Hanoi airport on 28th and came to the hotel around 23:30 in a taxi. Firstly, I couldn't locate the hotel, since they only have a very small board. After locating, I could see that the hotel was closed and was locked. Thanks to my taxi driver, he called and informed the security. The security actioned (due to language barrier) what do you want? and I showed him my reservation. He actioned this booking is fake and I was tensed. He then called the owner, who had to call a translator. I was later informed that they couldn't find my booking and couldn't give me a room. After 15-20 minutes of discussion, they finally decided to let me in and gave me a key to a room. That room I believe hadn't been used in years. It was very dirty, and maintained very poorly. Since I had no other choice, I stayed the night and went on with my itinerary the next day from early morning. Once I was back to my room in the evening of that day, I directly went to my room, but the receptionist barged into my room, snatched the key card and went back to the reception and told me not to go there and wait for a while. I was immediately tensed and had no other option but to take my luggage and move out of the hotel. I informed them that I don't need any refund or anything and immediately booked another room at a nearby hotel and stayed there for the rest of the days. It was a traumatic experience and I would highly recommend you not to visit this place! Thanks!!

It was pretty good experience for me. Because they have a coffee shop upstair which run by young people of Hanoi, very nice people. Without booking this hotel, i would never knew them. The people here are warm, also if you are tourist, you need to aware that the front main door of the hotel is closed before mid night. I think which is cool somehow with proper security but the disadvantage is you can't come back hotel anytime, altought you can, it very bad feeling to wake the security guy up everytime. the price is very suitable and its on the way to High way and town, great location not so far from town and not so close.

Hotel para quedarme una noche debido a la conveniente ubicación cerca de la recogida de autobuses y del tren. Limpieza muy mejorable. Camas muy duras. Tiene aire acondicionado, mesita y sillones y el baño no está mal. Sábanas un poco sucias… sitio para 1 noche 👍🏼

這是一次非常不愉快的旅途，前台不知道是不是老闆的媽媽，如果花錢顧這樣的員工，我覺得老闆應該是瞎了。旅館晚上會關門，叫保安開門很不耐煩，工作人員在沒有提前告知我的情況下，説他們接了旅行團，沒有房間給我住了，讓我立刻退房，我説我需要一點時間預訂別的酒店，前台那個女人完全聽不懂人話，一直在那裡嚷嚷叫我退房，住這裏讓你感受到什麼叫做與**對話

酒店服務很差，必須下午2點後入住，到前台 前台一直不知道怎麼操作，折騰30分鐘，我才入住進去，中途真的想退房費，又退不了

khách sạn gần ga Hà Nội thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Sẽ quay lại!!!

Khách sạn vị trí trung tâm, thuận tiện đi lại, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, còn có chỗ để xe miễn phí, sẽ còn quay lại ủng hộ

這是我見過最差的酒店，説是酒店，其實就是自家的房子，裏面很多螞蟻。晚上還關大門不能出去。去問老闆拿鑰匙還被説成麻煩他，真是無語了，態度很惡劣。不會再去第二次。
